'Hi UEA Anatomy Soc!
I am a 4th year medical student at the University of Nottingham and I am currently undertaking a research project as part of an internship. I would like to recruit students for my project on the topic of physical activity and mental health in students under the COVID-19 lockdown.
I would like to invite you and your students (over 16 years) to complete my short online survey. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and all data obtained is strictly confidential. At the end of the questionnaire participants will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a top prize of a £50 Amazon voucher.
Please could you encourage your members to register an interest as representatives from different further education colleges and universities would provide great insight.
Please distribute the following link for the study:

There is a Participant Information Sheet uploaded on the survey link for your further information.
If have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
I would really appreciate it if you could share this on your group chats or social media
I would be extremely grateful for your time!
