While rejoicing the acquittal of our young friends, it is also equally important to question the insensitivity of state who mented torture all these years to Muslim youth in police custody, the abuse they must have been subjected to, the social ostracisation their family meted with, the way their children must have faced bias and prejudice in schools and much more is the mental torture they have undergone during all these years. The criminals involved in fabricating the case deserve no mercy, it should be the duty of the court to give them the harshest of punishment and to those media persons as well who let no stone unturned in spreading communal propaganda and now are silent when these innocents are acquitted from honourable court. these youths were charged in fake cases by the communal forces and craftsmans of investigating agencies while the real culprits still go scot free. It's not rocket science now to find out who the real culprits were and which political parties benefit from such blasts subsequently followed by massive arrests of Muslim youth in false and Fabricated cases.

Immediately there must be arrest of killer's and put them on trial. Both states are playing good cop bad cop game.. Shameful.

At a function at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi to observe the completion of 75 years of the formation of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH), the JIH President, Mr. Syed Sadatullah Husaini, said, “The message of Jamaat is to obey One God and strive to create a value-based society based on Islamic teachings. With this two-point agenda, JIH has been working continuously for the last 75 years.” The JIH President also mentioned, “In the present atmosphere, the relevance of JIH struggle has increased manifold. It is the need of the hour that religious leaders should come forward with the help of spirituality to join hands for a peaceful and just society. Jamaat appeals to all to work to reconstruct society to establish peace and justice.” With the above message by the JIH President, a four-month-long national program was rolled out to commemorate "75 years of JIH", since its inception in 1948.

He was the last survivor of first line leadership of Jamaat e Islami Hind and with his passing we have come to an end of era with no one remains from the primary founders of JIH in 1948.

Winner of the King Faisal International Prize for Islamic Studies, Mohammad Najatullah Siddiqi was born in India in 1931 in gorakhpur, Uttarakhand Pradesh India. Educated at Aligarh Muslim University and Sanvi Darsgah Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Rampur, he also studied at Madrasatul Islah, Saraimir, Azamgarh. Prof. Siddiqi served as Associate Professor of Economics and Professor of Islamic Studies at the Aligarh University and as Professor of Economics at the King Abdulaziz University Jeddah, in its Center for Research in Islamic Economics. Later, he was a Fellow at the Center for Near Eastern Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles and after that a Visiting Scholar at the Islamic Research & Training Institute, Islamic Development Bank, Jeddah. During his long academic career, he has supervised a number of Ph.D. theses in the universities in India, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria. Among the several works of Prof. Siddiqi are: Theories of Profit: A Critical Examination (1971); Economic Enterprise in Islam (1972); Muslim Economic Thinking (1981); Banking Without Interest (1983); Insurance in an Islamic Economy (1985); Teaching Economics in Islamic Perspective (1996); Role of State in Islamic Economy (1996) and Dialogue in Islamic Economics (2002). For his contributions to Islamic Economics, he was awarded the Shah Waliullah Award in New Delhi (2003). A prolific writer in Urdu on subjects as Islami Adab (1960), Muslim Personal Law (1971), and Islamic Movement in Modern Times (1995), Siddiqi has also translated Abu Yusuf's Kitab al Kharaj (1966). He has a comprehensive work on Islam's View on Property (1969). Several of his works have been translated into Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Indonesian, Malaysian, etc. Prof. Siddiqi has been and continues to be associated with a number of academic journals as editor or advisor. اللہ ان لوگوں کے سلسلے میں عرش کے سائے کی بشارت دیتا ہے جنکی جوانیاں اس کی راہ میں عبادت کرتے ہوئے صرف ہو جائے. یہ دونوں اس بات کی مثال تھے. دونوں بہت ہی قابل ترین ، ملنسار اور شاندار اخلاق کے مالک تھے اور تحریک اسلامی کی مختلف سطحوں پر قیادت فرما رہے تھے.
ڈاکٹر سید نثارالدین ایک ایم بی بی ایس و ایم ڈی ڈاکٹر ہونے کے ساتھ SIO کی ایک یونٹ کے صدر تھے اور دوسری جانب ڈاکٹر ام مہمین صائمہ بھی میڈیکل ڈاکٹر اور GIO حلقہ تلنگانہ کی سیکرٹری تھیں.
ایسا بہت کم دیکھنے کو ملتا ہے کہ دونوں شوہر اور بیوی یکساں طور پر تحریک کے اندر سر گرم اور مختلف ذمہ داریوں پر اپنی خدمات انجام دے رہے ہوں. اتنی کم عمری میں سنجیدگی کے ساتھ اپنی زندگی میں توازن قائم رکھنا ، ہم سب کے لئے انہوں نے یہ بڑا سبق اپنی زندگی سے چھوڑا ہے۔
جس کسی نے ان دونوں حضرات کے بارے میں بات کی یا لکھا ہے بہت خوب کہا اور لکھا ہے، ان کے اخلاق کی گواہی دیتے رہے، عبادتوں میں ان کی یکسوئی کے بارے میں بتاتے رہے اور تحریک کے اندر ان کی کارکردگی کے سلسلے میں تو ہم سب باخبر ہیں زندگی کے محاذ پر یہ توازن درحقیقت انسان کو قلبی اطمینان اور حقیقی کامیابی کی طرف لے جاتا ہے. چھوٹی سی زندگی میں اس بات کو خوبی کے ساتھ سمجھ لینا انسان کے عظیم ہونے کے لیے کافی ہے.
انتقال کی یہ خبر پوری تحریک اسلامی اور بالخصوص GIO & SIO کے افراد پر آسمان کے پھٹ جانے کے مترادف ہے جہاں صرف دو دن پہلے 19 اکتوبر کو 40 سالہSIO سفر کی تکمیل پر پورے ملک میں خوشیاں منائی جارہی تھی اور صرف دو دن بعد SIO حیدرآباد اپنی عظیم الشان کانفرنس کی تیاریوں میں مصروف تھی اس حادثہ نے غم کی ایک لہر دوڑا دی ۔ لیکن ہم اللہ کے فیصلوں کے آگے سرنگوں ہیں اور یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ یقینا اس میں اللہ کی بڑی مشیت پوشیدہ ہوگی.
ماں باپ, خاندان والے اور عزیز و اقارب کا کیا پوچھیں وہ تو دو ماہ قبل اپنے ان دلاروں کو شادی کرتے ہوئے رخصت کیا تھا اس خواب کے ساتھ کہ وہ ایک شاندار مستقبل کا آغاز ہوگا لیکن کیا خبر کہ دو ماہ بعد ان کے جنازے اٹھانے پڑیں گے اللہ ہی بہتر جانتا ہے وہی زبردست علیم و خبیر ہے.
اللہ ان دونوں کو جوارِ رحمت میں اور جنت الفردوس میں جگہ عطا فرمائے اور تمام لواحقین کو صبر جمیل عطا کرے

New Delhi, 22 Sept. 2022: Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH) President Syed Sadatullah Husaini has deplored the raids and crackdown on PFI leadership and offices by the NIA and ED.
In a statement to the media, the JIH President said: “Jamaat-e-Islami Hind is highly concerned over the raids conducted by the NIA and ED on the Popular Front of India (PFI) offices and their leaders. Agencies like NIA can investigate people against whom they have clear evidences but such actions should appear unbiased and free from political motivation. Are the NIA and ED following the standard operating procedure in the raids? The manner in which NIA and ED have made simultaneous raids across the country, targeting PFI raises lots of questions for our society to answer. The operation becomes suspicious particularly in the backdrop of several actions by central government agencies against opposition groups and leaders in last few years through various state agencies like NIA, ED, CBI, and the Police. This is hurting our democratic ethos and endangering the rights of citizens to criticize and appraise those in power. The action becomes questionable also because of the fact that action is not being taken against several groups openly indulging in hate mongering and violence. Hence, these raids raise uncomfortable questions for society. Are the raids meant to appease a particular constituency? If that is the case then is it not a kind of appeasement and vote-bank politics? The JIH deplores all such raids and actions in which people are subject to harassment in an unjust manner irrespective of whether they belong to the opposition, the minorities, or any social class of society. If the state agencies are taking coercive action against them in a biased manner without proof and justification, then it is not healthy for a vibrant and just society. The JIH never endorses hate and violence and condemns it unequivocally.”

Before his arrest, two years back, Umar said that by arresting him, they would also be arresting us all. They are arresting us in their lies, their deceit. Our struggle for the release of the voices of truth in jail today, is also a struggle to dispel this regime of lies.

Ex supremo of Jamaat e Islami Hind "Maulana Jalaluddin umri sb" is no more. Innalillahi wainna ilaihi Rajioon...its end of an era, the contributions of maulana is tall and evident in direting the Indian Muslims and also the society in general towards the harmony and tolerance. His views on Islam, it's directives and relevance in present times and the impact Islam wants to see in society were comprehensive and lucide. He had written many books, delivered thousands of talks in his life time, and was tirelessly engaged for the cause of Iqamat e Deen till his last breath. His depth of understanding of affairs was deeply influenced by Quran and prophets life and he use to infer the sound judgements based on Quranic interpretations. He was very compassionate towards the youngsters and always listen them peacefully and guide them with his sharp and humor responses which has made many young people to openly interact with Maulana without any hesitation and benefit from his knowledge, wisdom and experiences.. From his early childhood he had engaged himself in the cause of iqamat e Deen and for a long period of almost major part of his life he consistently spend his time and energies for the same cause, overcoming all adversities of life he was firm on his commitments. May Allah reward him highest place in Jannah and help us all to follow his path of righteousness. Inshallah.

Remember Kandhamal 2008?
It was the worst India’s Christian community had faced in 300 years.
The malevolent violence in the Kandhamal and adjoining districts of Odisha in 2007 and 2008 stands out for its organised attack on an entire population of Dalits, Adivasis Christians, women and children among them, whose life, liberty and human dignity were violated with impunity. In the violence, over 100 Christians were killed, several of them from the Clergy, over 75,000 displaced. More than 5,600 homes were destroyed, apart from 360 Churches and other places of worship, and public institutions including schools, social services and health institutions which were looted and destroyed. More than 40 women were r**ed, molested and humiliated. Several cases of forced conversion to Hinduism were reported. The education of 12000 children was disrupted. Many continue to suffer psychologically from the trauma of the violence they suffered.
A study conducted by Supreme Court Advocate Vrinda Grover and Law Professor Dr. Saumya Uma, found the conviction rate to be as low as 5.13% of the cases brought to court. It was a mere 1% of the reports made to the police by the victims and survivors. The struggle for relief, rehabilitation and justice continues in courts and government forums.

Exactly a month passed when message pop-up at my WhatsApp, we were in deep discussion on religious freedom at one important meeting in Delhi. I stood up in silence, got freeze for few seconds. The ground feels shaken and slowly got calm and asked the persons sitting before me to excuse me as I have to immediately rushup for funeral and this time it was my father. Though he was not well from past many days but none of us have imagine that it would be such a hard breakdown/collapse that we could not meet him again. Innalillahi wainna ilaihi rajioon. Humans are so week and less known, our predictions were so unpredicted that reality of death shaters it. Every soul has to taste death(transition to eternal life ).
My father resigned his job from collectorate, given up the posting of forest officer and started his first private typing academy in Adilabad And later he shifted to Hyderabad and started as a private typist at City civil court, Chatta Bazar. He has his own table and chair placed under the tree shaded by bamboos and tarpolin and attend it daily from 10 am to asar salah For almost 40+ years consistently. For our higher secondary school we were in hostel and it was around 100 km from our home but immediately after maghrib on almost every Saturday he starts his journey in whichever the bus is available and reach the campus at late night, rests at security guard office and in early morning after fajar meets us and spents almost the whole Sunday with us. It was the same exercise even for our younger brothers and sisters

He has put all his efforts in developing us on various Dimensions of tarbiyah, academics, extracurricular activities and given a balanced world view. The best part is the trust and confidence he puts on us in various matters which has helped to develop us with continuous learning process weather it's a small thing of driving a vehicle to big things of future decisions our freedom was always respected and guided. He always stops us on discussing any thing negative or on any individual, mostly he encourages to discuss new ideas and what can be our contribution to it.

He has seen lot of adversities in life but courage to fight positively with confidence and trust on Allah is what we witnessed in him.
Studied from Telugu medium school he has learnt good Urdu and English at home and most of the literature he reads very fluently was in urdu language and all his official documentation were in English, this shows us that learning has no end, he was very passionate to use smartphone for office works, but we use to restrict him as many people calls, send documents to him and takes legal opinions which was stressing during his illness.
He use to take report of everyday news of across the world and country from my elder brother and then keep all family members informing of what is happening around and what should be our responses... These all thing were during his illness otherwise it use to be more of physical discussions always.

Forgiveness, Patience and perseverance was the big learning we had from his life. For many small and big issues in family as what a normal family does have. he forgives and tell us the reference of Hadith "Jo tum se kate tum ussse judo, jo tumhe na de tum use do" "zameen walo pe tum rahem karo, aasman wala tum pe raham karega..." and do not greed and rush up for material things. What is there for u will get u, u will not get death before u had ur last bite, but the way to get is your choice may be u can choose the rightful way or the wrong..u will not get a penny more of what God has prescribed for you... His targets were crystal clear, every penny he earned was served purposeful, every minute he spends was leading to achieve his targets. that's the reason, being from a small town he could make us build our capacities with all supports required.

May Allah accept my father and reward high place in jannah.and ease his journey of aakhirah.

نئی دہلی: ملک میں بڑھتے نفرت آمیز واقعات اور حکومتی اقدامات کے پیشِ نظر مسلم تنظیموں اور سرکردہ افراد کی نمائندہ تنظیم آل انڈیا مسلم مجلسِ مشاورت نے دو دن کا اجلاس منعقد کیا ہے، جس میں ملی قائدین نے آپسی تفرقات کو ختم کرکے متحدہ لائحہ عمل تیار کرنے کرنے پر زور دیا۔

کانفرنس کے پہلے دن جمعہ کو منعقد عوامی اجلاس میں ملک بھر میں سرگرم ملی تنظیموں کے قائدین اور سماجی کارکنان نے شرکت کی۔ اس موقع پر مقررین نے حالات حاضرہ کا جائزہ لیا اور اُن سے نبرد آزما ہونے کے لیے ممکنہ تدابیر پر گفتگو کی۔

کانفرنس کی غرض و غایت بیان کرتے ہوئے آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کے ممبر قاسم رسول الیاس نے کہا کہ یہ کہنا غلط نہیں ہوگا کہ مسلمانوں نے آزادی کے بعد اس طرح کے حالات کا سامنا نہیں کیا ہوگا۔

مسلم مجلسِ مشاورت کے نائب صدر ملک معتصم خان نے اپنے افتتاحی خطاب میں کہا کہ عوام مہنگائی، ہے روزگاری اور عورتوں کے تحفظ سے پریشان ہے، لیکن حکومت اپنے ہی ایجنڈے میں مصروف ہے۔ عدلیہ بھی بے گناہوں کو انصاف دینے میں ناکام رہی ہے۔

نیورسٹی کے پروفیسر اپوروانند نے ملک میں بڑھتے ہوئے اسلاموفوبیا پر خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ موجودہ دور میں شر پسند عناصروں ذریعے نفرت کی فضا عام کی جا رہی ہے ایسے میں بالخصوص ملک کے ہندوؤں اور مسلمانوں کے درمیان ایک خلاء پیدا کی جا رہی ہے اور ہندوستان کو کھائی میں ڈالا جا رہا ہے لیکن اگر تاریخ ہمیں دیکھ رہی ہے تو اسے یہ معلوم ہوگا کہ کس طرح ہم سب مل کر ملک کو اس کھائی سے ضرور نکالیں گے۔

بہوجن سماج پارٹی کے لوگ سبھا ممبر پارلیمنٹ کنور دانش علی نے کہا کہ حالات کے مدنظر ہمیں اپنے تفرقات کو ختم کرکے مشترک ہو کر کوئی ٹھوس لائحہ عمل تیار کرنے کی اشد ضرورت ہے۔ ماحول ایسا بنا دیا گیا ہے کہ سیاسی لیڈران بھی حق بات کہنے سے کتراتے ہیں۔ ان تمام حالات کا مقصد اس ملک میں تمام اقلیتی طبقات کو کمزور کرنے سے بڑھ کر ملک کے دستور کو بدلنا ہے۔

مسلم مجلسِ مشاورت کی ورکنگ کمیٹی کے رکن مولانا یاسین عثمانی نے کہا کہ ہندوتوا کی نفرتی سیاست کو آبادی کی صرف ایک اقلیت کی ہی تائید حاصل ہے۔ یہ ہماری ذمّہ داری ہے کہ ہم اس ملک کا تحفظ کریں۔

جمعیت اہل حدیث کے صدر مولانا اصغر امام مہدی صاحب نے کہا کہ اللہ نے ہمیں اس لیے خیر امت بنا کر نہیں بھیجا ہے کہ ہم محض مسلمانوں کی بقا کے لئے کام کریں یا آواز اٹھائیں۔ ہمیں چاہیے کہ تمام طبقوں کےلئے انصاف کی لڑائی لڑیں۔

امیر جماعت اسلامی ہند سید سعادت اللہ حسینی نے موجودہ حالات میں مسلمانوں کے لائحہ عمل کے متعلق چند تجاویزات پیش کیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس ضمن میں سب سے پہلا کام یہ ہوسکتا ہے کہ امت مسلمہ میں حوصلہ پیدا کیا جائے اور اسے مایوسی سے نکالا جائے. یہ حالات کوئی نئے نہیں ہیں۔ اسطرح کے حالات ہم پر پہلے بھی آتے رہے ہیں۔ دوسرا کام یہ ہوسکتا ہے ہم مسلمانوں اور ملک کے برادرانِ وطن کے ذہنوں اور دلوں کو جوڑیں۔

اتحاد ملت کونسل کے صدر توقیر رضا خان نے کہا کہ جو لوگ بدامنی پھیلانا چاہتے ہیں وہ نئے نہیں ہیں۔ ہم عرصے سے ان حالات کو دیکھتے آئے ہیں۔ مسلمن کبھی مایوس نہیں ہوتا اور مواقع تلاش کرتا ہے۔ ہم ہمیشہ ملک کے تحفظ کے لیے تیار رہیں گے۔

مسلم مجلسِ مشاورت کے صدر نوید حامد نے اپنے صدارتی خطاب میں کہا کہ مایوسی اسلام کی ضد ہے، مسلمان مایوس نہیں ہوتا۔ اس ملک کا مستقبل اور مسلمانوں کا مستقبل دو الگ الگ چیزیں نہیں ہیں بلکہ اگر آپ ملک کے اقلیتی طبقات کو دبانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو اسکا مطلب ہے کہ آپ ملک کے غدار ہیں۔

عوامی اجلاس کے علاوہ اس کانفرنس میں اتحاد اُمّت، فسطائیت اور نسل کشی، آئینی حقوق کو درپیش خطرات اور اقلیتوں کی تعلیم کے مسائل جیسے موضوعات پر ماہرین اور سماجی کارکنان کے مذاکرات بھی منعقد کیے جائیں گے۔

گیان واپی مسجد اور اس کے احاطے کے سروے کا حکم اور اس سروے رپورٹ کی بنیاد پر وضوءخانہ کو بند کرنے کی ہدایت سراسر نا انصافی پر مبنی ہے اور مسلمان اسے ہرگز برداشت نہیں کرسکتے۔ آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ

آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کے جنرل سکریٹری مولانا خالد سیف اللہ رحمانی صاحب نے اپنے پریس نوٹ میں کہاہے کہ گیان واپی مسجد بنارس،مسجد ہے اور مسجد رہے گی،اس کو مندر قرار دینے کی کوشش ،فرقہ وارانہ منافرت پیدا کرنے کی ایک سازش سے زیادہ کچھ نہیں،یہ تاریخی حقائق کے خلاف اور قانون کے مغائر ہے،1937میں دین محمد بنام اسٹیٹ سکریٹری میں عدالت نے زبانی شہادت اور دستاویزات کی روشنی میں یہ بات طئے کردی تھی کہ یہ پورا احاطہ مسلم وقف کی ملکیت ہے۔اور مسلمانوں کو اس میں نماز پڑھنے کا حق ہے،عدالت نے یہ بھی طئے کردیاتھاکہ متنازعہ اراضی کا کتنا حصہ مسجد ہے اور کتنا حصہ مندر ہے،اسی وقت وضوءخانہ کو مسجد کی ملکیت تسلیم کیا گیا،پھر ۱۹۹۱ءمیں(Places of Worship Act 1991) پارلیمینٹ سے منظور ہوا،جس کا خلاصہ یہ ہے کہ ۷۴۹۱ءمیں جو عبادت گاہیں جس طرح تھیںان کو اسی حالت پر قائم رکھا جائےگا۔۹۱۰۲ءمیں بابری مسجد مقدمہ کے فیصلہ میں سپریم کورٹ نے بہت صراحت سے کہا کہ اب تمام عبادت گاہیں اس قانون کے ما تحت ہوں گیں اور یہ قانون دستور ہند کی بنیادی اسپرٹ کے مطابق ہے۔اس فیصلہ اور قانون کا تقاضہ یہ تھا کہ مسجد کے شبہ میں مندر ہونے کے دعوی کو عدالت فورا (خارج) رد کردیتی،لیکن افسوس کہ بنارس کے سول کورٹ نے اس مقام کے سروے اور ویڈیو گرافی کا حکم جاری کردیا،تاکہ حقائق کا پتہ چلایا جا سکے،وقف بورڈ اس سلسلہ میں ہائی کورٹ سے رجوع کرچکا ہے اورہائی کورٹ میں یہ مقدمہ زیر کارروائی ہے،اسی طرح گیان واپی مسجد کی انتظامیہ بھی سول کورٹ کے اس فیصلہ کے خلاف سپریم کورٹ سے رجوع کرچکی ہے۔سپریم کورٹ میں بھی یہ مسئلہ زیر سماعت ہے،لیکن ان تمام نکات کو نظر انداز کرتے ہوئے سول عدالت نے پہلے تو سروے کا حکم جاری کردیا اور پھر اس کی رپورٹ قبول کرتے ہوئے وضوءخانہ کے حصہ کو بند کرنے کا حکم جاری کردیا،یہ کھلی ہوئی زیادتی ہے اور قانون کی خلاف ورزی ہے جس کی ایک عدالت سے ہرگز توقع نہیں کی جاسکتی،عدالت کے اس عمل نے انصاف کے تقاضوں کو مجروح کیا ہے اس لئے حکومت کو چاہئے کہ فوری طور پر اس فیصلہ پر عمل آوری کو روکے،الہ آباد ہائی کورٹ کے فیصلہ کا انتظار کرے اور ۱۹۹۱ءکے قانون کے مطابق تمام مذہبی مقامات کا تحفظ کرے،اگر ایسی خیالی دلیلوں کی بناءپر عبادت گاہوں کی حیثیت بدلی جائے گی تو پورا ملک افرا تفری کا شکار ہوجائیگا،کیونکہ کتنے ہی بڑے بڑے مندر بودھ اور جینی عبادت گاہوں کو تبدیل کرکے بنائے گئے ہیں اور ان کی واضح علامتیں موجود ہیں،مسلمان اس ظلم کو ہر گز برداشت نہیں کرسکتے،آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ ہر سطح پر اس نا انصافی کا مقابلہ کرے گا۔

Exactly a week back I lost my father...bahot yaad aati hi, ek tanhai si mahsoos hoti hi, par ye Allah ke faisle hi accepting to it is the only choice left with Nature. Allah has made this world a Puzzle, every day many people come and go from here and what remains are only the memories and the emotions. Slowly people will start forgetting the departed Soul and engage into routine of life. Therefore Allah has made aakhirat to heal this emptiness forever by making us meet once again in the life hereafter and it is eternal. Life is very short and brief, almost majority of needs and actions of every human are similar but what aparts them are intentions of doing actions. Therefor Allah has set rewards on intentions and then deeds.
My father always use to recite one due "hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel wa ni'mal maula wa ni'mal naseer" ( Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs. And He is the Excellent Protector and the Excellent Helper)
This is the powerful dua which gives an inner strength to us to stay strong with sabr and isteqamat. And guide us to best of our decisions and understanding of affairs.
His favorite part of Quran what he use to ask his grand children to do qirat for him was last ruku of surah baqra. “la yukallifullahu nafsan illa wus’aha” Allaah does not burden you with something more than your capacity. And so on...
When it was first FIR on me for protesting on issue of Al Quds, there was a call for me from police station to immediately appear before. Soon After maghrib all my friends were sitting in my drawing room and discussing the legal approach to deal with the situation, right at that time my father entered the home back from his office with a Sweet box in hand and hugs me... Everyone was worried for having sweet that night and then he said the historic words "beta u are charged for standing for truth and that's the good reason, Allah's Choosen people will be tested in this way dont worry everything will be alright. and It was that day I find a different level of energy in myself to face the life. Similar were many occasions where after every incident he calls, inquires, guides and build hope to move ahead.
He always use to caution us to be balance in dealing things, never allow us to take any extreme steps in our life. He use to guide us to keep life in better order and not to greed much for material but parallel he also caution us not to become empty. His way of consulting with our brothers is unique, he use to consult each affair before taking any decision.
May Allah be pleased with my father and reward him with jannat ul Firdous.
