Feel the full weight of your losses.
And also, feel the full weight of your joys.

You are free to laugh. Sing. Cry.
And you do not always have to have a reason why.

Keep taking deep breaths.
Keep trusting in the process.'

Coffee Alternatives 🙈

I'm sure we can all relate to that feeling of wanting or needing that extra caffeine hit to get us through to the end of the day!

Almond cap, oat latte, long black, regular flat white - choose your poison. We're all culprits of leaning on caffeine when we start feeling a little less focused.

Here are some ideas for coffee alternatives to radiate towards as we approach the afternoon slump 🙌

The most important thing though is to listen to your body, support your nervous system and step away from your desk if that is truly what your body is craving.
