Patients often ask me about what type of pillow to use or buy. There is no '1 size fits all' kind of answer.It depends how you sleep, your spinal curvatures, your own preference esp. Re the material used.
What is important is that you feel supported and your neck is aligned with the rest of the spine especially when lying on your side.

I highly recommend this shop in San Gwann, where you can find a big range of products. Memory foam, air gel, latex, feathers... all good quality.
You will get great advice from very friendly and professional staff.

Unfortunately we have to keep Ta Giorni closed for some time. This is unfortunate and not something we want to do, but that has been ordered by law because of a pending permit situation.

During this time is open for training, and shortly we will open up for the powerlifters, and we will do our very best to provide the necessary services and equipment in the other locations and possibly another place in the meantime.

All members and regular Spartans have been sent an email with the relevant information regarding training and membership.

I will post here as soon as I find another place in the same area. In the meantime, you are welcome to attend at the Sweet Valley Clinic in Balzan on Fridays and St James Hospital Sliema on Wednesday mornings, with the possibility of home visits on the other days.
