Baking is like life... sometimes you nail it and you're the epitome of Pinterest perfect. Other days, well, they're s**t. And here's how that goes... I'm in my element, baking away with the sun shining. And then, with all of his perfectly timed moments, my little wanted me to check out something he was doing and off I went. As I walked back into the kitchen feeling like a boss mom, I suddenly couldn't remember if I had added the baking powder and baking soda, lol, so I added it again. 😄 Ending up with these delicious carrot cakes. And that's life. It isn't always pretty or how you picture it, but that little moment with my son was worth it.❤

The other night I was feeling inspired to paint. So, seeing as how I had just made a fresh batch of cookies it seemed reasonable to me to mash these two things together.🤗
