Through the guidance of our Schools Division Superintendent ma'am Benilda M. Daytaca 'twas such a fruitful week conducting Brigada Eskwela Validation to schools.Much more the collaborative efforts of the Division BE validation team giving Technical assistance in BE,SBM,Outreach Programs,Finance and instructional matters enlightened more the schools in the delivery of quality basic education. We appreciated much the efforts of the teachers with the leadership of the school heads in strengthening partnership with their stakeholders in improving their schools.Its not more of winning but more on its impact to the clients being served.
Done validating 10 small elementary schools,and 4 elementary medium schools.Great job too to our validation team.

BRIGADA PAGBASA ON WHEELS PASORPRESA
SDO Abra under the leadership of the Schools Division Superintendent Ma'am Benilda M. Daytaca spearheads the BRIGADA PAGBASA ON WHEELS PSSORPRESA at Sta. Rosa ES,Layugan IS and Pagala West ES.Brigada Pagbasa on wheels is in collaboration with the Library Hub.This aims to teach learners to read through the volunteer readers and tutors in the community and with the guidance of school heads,teachers and SDO personnel.Volunteers.They were also provided Technical Assistance in the conduct of the program.The Brigada Eskwela on Wheels will be roaming around the various schools in the province.

BRIGADA PAGBASA as a form of Brigada Eskwela aims to promote literacy and numeracy through partnership.This enhances the existing reading programs in the school.
SDO Abra holds the orientation of the Salin- Kahusyaan Kaagapay sa Brigada Pagbasa volunteers to equip them with strategies and skills in implementing the program.

6. What if there are no donations in a quarter?For example,we don't have donations for second quarter.

Community Development Program on Eco-craft.
An outreach program of Basbasa Elementary School headed by the School Principal Sir Stanley Millare and proposed by Ma'am Charito Reyes.Parents were taught to recycle plastics into beautiful flowers.Every weekend the proponent taught parents on the craft and during weekdays they continue doing their crafts at home.Products are sold and serve as an additional income for the school and for supporting pupils in need.This program is also in partnership with Tayum PNP for financing the activity.

Project SELENA(Serving Every Luba ALS learners Engaging them in Numerous Lifelong Activities) is an initiative outreach community program of Luba Central School proposed by the school principal II,Mrs. Emilia T. Garcia.This aims to reach ALS learners from the different barangays of Luba by distributing two-way radio to every learner.This will aid both the ALS implementer and learner in the modular delivery of instruction in order to enhance their reading communication skills,lifelong activity skills and numeracy skills. The project was launched on May 26,2021 at Luba Central School and graced by different stakeholders,Hon. Mayor Rosalina Biscarra,MSWD Corazon Claor,PNP Osorio,EPS Pedro Talingdan Jr, PSDS Catherine Lang-ayan,PDO II Florencio Rifareal,EPS II Rhoda Asencio,EPS II Reynaldo Calinap,RHU rep Noli Yabes,Pharmacist Shaira Mae Garcia.ALS learners,teachers and school heads.
The ALS learners were provided t-shirt uniforms,two-way radio by the donors,a repeater to reach even the farthest barangays of Luba.
During the launching an opening program was conducted where the stakeholders gave their inputs.Mrs. Garcia stressed the importance of education to ALS learners guided by the call "Learn by all means,teach by all means".The division personnel provided orientation on the operation and management of the two way radio and demo lesson followed.Afterwhich a post conference closed the activity
