Chopped burger sandwich: (burger patty cooked then chopped up mixed with sauteed onions and American cheese on a hoggie)
Polish dogs.
Habachi style fried rice bowl. (Plain or chicken)
Personal pita pesto pizza. (Homemade pesto -nut free, sauteed onions, black olives, mushrooms, chicken or veggie) topped with melted mozzarella.

Commercial kitchen needs: able to do prep work, able to prep meats (chicken, pork, beef etc) and able to prep sauces and keep in fridge, fridge and freezer access, some light cooking, day time and night time and daily accessable, sinks for cleaning at odd hours, monthly rent. Anything in the Chico area please let me know.
