Happy 16th birthday Kylie Grace!
The final day of Santa Barbara I Madonnari virtual street painting event. Chelsea Richtman and I had so much fun, but have come to the conclusion that street painting on asphalt is way better that street painting on a cotton painters drop cloth. And we are done with grass for a while. Thanks to our sponsor Joy Phoenix. And thanks to Kathi Koury and her team for pulling it together. Can’t wait till we can all street paint together again in front of the mission in Santa Barbara.

Santa Baranta I Madonnari festival, day 2. We started out the day with home made fudge browny, whites chocolate chip cookies for breakfast. We had a pretty relaxed day today, good music, a couple of spectators. We felt like we made plenty of progress and will do the final push tomorrow. So here is day 2 and stay tuned.

Santa Barbara I Madonnari festival is virtual this weekend. My daughter, Chelsea Richtman and her husband Will Parks and I are participating in her garage. We chose to chalk on a new cotton drop cloth taped to the floor, but when we opened it we found huge, deep creases. So I spent 2 hours ironing it before we taped it down. But we finally got rolling and are pleased with our progress today. Kevin the iguana is doing his mascot thing. Thanks to our San Rafael photographer of so many years, Joy, for sponsoring us.
