Choc roll bread

Recipe

A
💙150ml warm water
💙1 tsp yeast
💙1 tbs honey

B
💙250 g flour/high protein
💙1 egg (A size)

C
💙30g melt butter/palm oil

Steep
1) Mix all A in one bowl, wait until it bubble (5-10 minute)
2) Put all A into B, mix it only used your hand,until it properly mix
3) Put C into mix ingredient
4) Put inside one bowl,cover with tissue,or any kitchen cloth cover,wait for 30 minute until it double raising
5) Punch the dough, wait for 30 minute again
6) Rolled dough or make any shape using the dough,put inside oven bowl, wait for 30 minute again or double in raising.
7) Bake into the oven for 20 minute, 180c

Choc spread
2/4 cup milk/santan milk
2 tbs koko powder
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs palm oil

Mix it well before heat it
Cook over the stove until it tick

Banana cake

Blend first
2 egg size A
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup oil (no specific oil,can used any)
1 cup bananas

Blend it well

Put inside a bowl
Inside the bowl, put
1 1/2 cup flour

Stir it until it mixed well

Put in the oven for
180c 45 minute

Ready to eat 😍
The texture is not to fluffy, it’s more like “bingka” 🤣

But the kids love it,
I fell like i’am awesome mom 😂

Daging masak kunyit

Daging (potong kecil)
Blend kunyit+halia+bawang besar

Renehkan bahan blend bersama daging sehingga daging empuk, masukkan sedikit minyak, sedia untuk di makan bersama brokoli rebus

250g cream cheese
125ml whipping cream
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tbs honey
1 tbs potato starch
1 tsp vanilla essence

Blend it all, you can used any blender or only whisk it until it blended.

Put inside 5” pan
To the oven we go with 200c 1 hours

After it baked, put inside fridge for about 2 hours to the better taste yummy!!
