There's a restaurant I used to work for that did "sexy fries" and they were a slightly spicy, garlicky, cheesy mess. I loved them. So I decided to veganize 'em for you (and myself, if we're being honest).
Sexy Tots are smothered in Sexy Sauce (garlic pepper "queso") and topped with Sriracha, parsley & chives. And yes, you can order without Sriracha! The queso isn't too spicy.
Bonus special: this week you can choose to get ALL tot preparations on roasted veggies instead! Brussels, broccoli and cauliflower for the Sexy Tots, Sloppy Tots, or Medi Tots. (Swipe to see!)
P.S. Uber didn't like the word "sexy" so they're just Sxy Tots in the Eats menu. El oh el.
Weekend special alert!
This is a rich coconut ceviche, featuring king trumpet "scallops," shallot, eggplant, thai chiles, and fresh herbs. And yes, the flowers are edible! (They're from the honey melon sage in my garden, even.)
Taste it in person at Walden in East Nashville or via Uber Eats all weekend, alongside the October Tamales & Tots menu.

There are four whole heads of garlic in a batch of these Garlic Bomb tamales. π§π§π§π§ Four. And we're not talking precious delicate little spring cloves, we're using these monstrous fall red garlic bulbs that came with a rainy growing season. That's a lot of fu***ng garlic.

Oh, and it gets its color from a fermented black garlic & ancho pepper puree. Yep, more garlic. They're reserved after making the broth, then peeled, seeded, and blended, before going right back into the masa.
