This year has been A NEVERENDING rollercoaster! And eye’m sure it has been for most of this country.! First time me expressing myself in a very long time.
✨
Please understand those going through depression and mental health issues, There’s times we can’t escape our own thoughts. We become so attached to being in this state of mind that we begin to see everything else in a numb way. When we don’t have the support we need, it becomes problematic.
✨
Eye am so grateful for those who have been there for me, even when not asked to be. But sometimes YOU, YOURSELF get tired of telling people what’s wrong. And that’s YOUR CHOICE. And here’s why we think this: we don’t want to barge in your happiness. We don’t want to overwhelm you with our trials and tribulations. We love u, but when we express ourselves, it’s for the moment.

For months now, things have gotten worse. But tolerable. Eye’m still here right.? 🙂 So now, what do we do.?....

Eye was told to: pray, meditate, ask your ancestors for guidence, with great and good intentions ask for HELP! Lately, it’s been the “look up at the sky, and start talking”. 🙏🏼

My beautiful girls, who have taught me so much yo, and my little one (Kaykay) does and says things just to make me feel a little better ❣️ Gives me hugs, gives me kisses, and randomly just says “Eye love u mommy”. Those are the things eye look forward to now, cuz yo, there’s nothing better than the love of someone being given to u! Doesn’t matter who it is, it just feels amazing!

Eye hope when you read this, it gives u some sort of relief that it’s OK to go through your trials and tribulations and STILL BE OK! Eye love each and everyone who has held it down for me, seen me cry, seen me fight, seen me get angry, seen me hurt, and JUST SAW ME!🖤

This past year has been a huge roller coaster for me not having u around to call me, text me, crack jokes, laugh, cry, vent, and all! Eye replayed everything in my head from the night before my bachelorette party with my girls in AC, to the second eye stepped foot into Mami house to get the news.
Daddy, eye miss u SO MUCH. 💔 This has been killing me inside for a very long time. Eye talk to u before eye go to sleep, eye talk to u when eye’m driving, eye talk to u when eye’m alone.
As the years go by, eye know eye’ll have less of a story to post BUT for now Ema keep telling mine!

YES! My baby did it!!! One year down, and a whole bunch more to go!!! Lol! She enjoyed her first year of school and eye couldn’t be more happier for her!!! She’s goin places y’all! Eye PROMISE u that!!! 💜💛💜
