Disabled Mums
A new type of mothers group. A place for disabled mums and aspiring disabled mums to connect, collaborate and learn from each other.
Did you see our story on ??? Still blows my mind - especially how many mums we have welcomed to the group since the video went live. Please share and repost because the amount of messages coming through saying things like “I never knew this existed!” Or “I’m so glad I found this” is truly humbling and reminds me just how many mums out there are looking for this kind of support.
repping a Disabled Mum shirt in the wild. I love it. Renee is a deaf mum and is also an Auslan teacher so if learning Auslan is something you’d like to do, be sure to give her a follow and get it touch.
Did you see us on TV??
Happy IDPwD to all the disabled parents out there :)

It's a cheesy photo but the joy is real! Thanks so much to for featuring my story and showcasing Disabled Mums to the Geelong and Barwon communities. GT mag has been very, very good to me. They've always supported my wild ideas and events. I honestly can't thank this mag enough.
From this article alone, I've received numerous messages from disabled mums saying thank you for creating this space and we've welcomed a heap of new members to our group over the weekend. Thank you again GT mag for helping me reach out to the people who need this space.
I took this book with me to Tassie last weekend, while the kids enjoyed a long weekend with their grand folks. I finally finished it and I bloody loved it.
This is such an important book. I cannot stress enough how every single health care worker, childcare worker, heck anyone who works with families needs to read this book.

I've got 2 copies left for anyone to purchase from our store (by purchasing from us, you're directly supporting disabled parents). There's also a free online event this Thursday night with superstars Nicole Lee and panel discussion. Link is in bio - and there will be Auslan interpreters and live captioning. This event is proudly being supported by and
I'm going to say it again because it's important: disabled parents ARE worthy. Read this book. Please.
