Agents when you get a listing make sure to reach out to your favorite stager aka Staged To Sell, the second you know you have that listing locked in. This will allow your stager time prepare for your stage. Ideally 2-3 weeks is super helpful. We often times have multiple projects going on at a time.

Planning, preparing, moving, designing space to ensure everything makes sense and ties together. We prep, pull, place and sparkle and repeat. ⭐️

Today was a great day!

I had the opportunity to help stage a home for Habitat for Humanity with my RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) sisters. We had such a blast pulling everything together.

Did you know that Habitat for Humanity has their own store where you can donate items?
We shopped that store, actually two different locations for about 95% of the items and rest was donated from us stagers from our own inventory. It was a very rewarding and exciting challenge. It’s amazing what you can do with a lot of creative brians in one room. ;-)

We all had lots of ideas and everyone handled everything with such grace pulling everything together.

I am hopeful that whomever purchases this house feels the love as they enter the door. ❤️

Huge shoutout to our Minneapolis RESA board for pulling this project together. So grateful to be apart of it.

PRICE DROPS & MULTIPLES​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Are you seeing price drops online in the Real Estate market? The answer is YES! We are seeing that as well, as a matter of fact, we just dropped the price on one of our listings. Prices are dropping out there but guess what?! Sellers are also still selling in MULTIPLES and over-list price as well.

How you market your home dictates how your home sells. If you leave it empty with work to be done, you will make less money. If you prep it, stage it, and price it well you will see multiples even with higher rates. Keywords here are stage and price right. 😉

Are inspections back?! YES but guess what?! Some inspections are still being waived especially in multiples.

Are we down about 30% overall in real estate sales YES but NOT our team we are up in sales. Say what?! Go Advisory Group/eXp. We are thriving! How you ask?! Collaboration, plan in place, follow up, pivoting to an ever-changing market, support, growth mindset, and good old-fashioned hard work.

I have spent the last two years working really, really hard and this next month I have really decided to find a better balance.

Every now and then we need a little reset and I am feeling that right now.
