Yesterday we spent the late afternoon / night at magic kingdom as its hot right now in Florida so going in the heat of fun isn’t all that much fun 🤣
We ate at Golden Horseshoe, went on Tiana’s, met Mickey, rode little mermaid & my personal favorite watching tinker bell fly! ✨

It’s a Disney cruise life ☀️
Halloween on the high sea cruises, my favorite season of Disney cruises starts next month! 🎃 and I’m so excited. Firstly will be a trip to Disneyland & D23 expo. Anyone else headed to D23 this year? This will be my fourth in a row 🥹 and I can’t wait to hear what news about Disney cruise Line comes out.

Days on Disney ships are always the best of days!
Today Disney shared some exciting details about the adventure & I’m so excited for this ship! While 3 & 4 night sailings are never something I do that just means booking more than one 🤣🙈🤣🛳️ and it does make more sense since it’s such a far plane ride away. Would it mean stopping the Disney parks in Asia? 🤔 of course it would!

Would I recommend Disneys newest island? No. I can’t recommend it, at least not now, and maybe a few years from now it will be better. But if you’re looking at booking a cruise for lookout cay. I wouldn’t, while the merchandise is cute its not cute enough to book a cruise to the island. First, I knew this going into it but I’ve realized not everyone knows this so I want to share lookout cay at lighthouse point is not a private island like some have posted it’s shared with Princess / carnival & is an island itself with people living there who it’s their home.
For the island itself, it’s not the island you would expect from Disney. It doesn’t have the “Disney” touch. There’s not very many bathrooms, while they’re nice & new! There are 4 stalls maximum & always a line. And we went on the Fantasy. Take that into consideration because the Wish & Wish class ships are HUGE! There’s no shade, like at all, anywhere; people were going down from heat exhaustion but there wasn’t a way to escape the sun. Shade needs to be an option, because people will always need it as an option.
Disney opened a brand new island with one thing - their name! Disney thinks their name will carry them, and I say that because look at Royal Caribbean with a huge water park, a massive beautiful pool, & so many other things yes, it’s a beach, and lookout cay can still be a beach but make it so much more than that! Carnival cruise line has listened to guests not wanting to go to Nassau so what did they do? They got to work building an island that will open next year in Nassau.
Disneys newest island offers cultural shows, new food that has 1,000,000 flies. But they are working on it! We ordered all 4 frozen drinks (family of 5 who all wanted a pineapple 🤣🙈) and the crew said “they had no idea how to make the drinks & don’t care to try & make them.” We didn’t order anything with peach I have a sip, ask what it was he goes peach. As someone with a major fruit allergy that shouldn’t happen.

Disney Dream is always a dream come true!
I absolutely love just how much this ship encompasses Disney cruise line, they have so much theming to make that happen in all the bars / adult lounge areas. With construction pictures, details about the ship itself, photos of the process the celebration of its debut / inauguration & so much more!

Dreaming of cruises, cruises & more cruises.
So you’re headed on a Disney cruise?
What do I always bring?
That’s easy!
✨ an approved wall outlet to charge all my devices! There’s not many outlets so one that can hold a ton is used! Wall charger has to be on the approved list! Make sure to check before trying!
✨ hanging hooks - super useful for hanging items in the rooms! The rooms are small hanging is a lifesaver.
✨ magnets! While this may just be a fun door decoration it does help you identify your door & it’s a must for me 🤣🙈

Other items that aren’t must but might be useful are disney pins, magic band + chargers, an extra suitcase / large bag for purchases you plan to make on the ship, water bottles, & at least a semi formal outfit!

A perfect day on a sea cruise consists of characters, hot tubs, activities & tons of outfit changes with loads of sugar! 🍬

Back to back on Disney cruise line is definitely a fun time! You get the ship to yourself for a few hours, get to be the last guests off the ship & the first guests on the new cruise! Plus is a double cruise, and there’s nothing better than that!
Here’s some tips & tricks
• you don’t have to worry about throwing your bags outside your room on the last night! Leave them in your room & the room host will make sure they get to your new room if you’re changing or they’ll just stay there!
• pack light for the disembarking / embarkation morning! Your bags are already on board… use them!

And those flower and garden topiaries seem to go up faster and faster every year 🪴 how is it already basically flower and garden season? 🤣 it’s not even spring 🫣

Cant believe festival of the arts has already been going on for a week! I’ve only been two Epcot for the festival twice so far but hey, there was lot of super cute figment merch!
I was hoping to see more paintings that our family collect but this year we didn’t see anything that was an absolute need. Probably cause a lot of it we already have… but the other stuff just isn’t movies we absolutely love! We grabbed the cutest Chip & Dale items! I’m obsessed with them!

I had a caption but with what Disney shared yesterday I feel like it’s more important to talk about that. Yesterday Disney cruise line shared on their website that YOU MUST CRUISE every 5 years or start over from castaway club 0. And honestly that’s not okay. Disney already has the absolute worst loyalty program when it comes to cruises for perks and literally anything and they’re the most expensive family cruise line. I love Disney cruise line. That’s obvious with my feed but 5 years is not a lot of time. Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, all have better programs & they do not have this policy. As mentioned Disney is expensive and everyone can’t be expected to be able to afford a cruise very 5 years. Plus things happen! And 5 years isn’t always possible for a vacation.

Disney brand new product for shampoo,
Body wash & conditioner has officially been revealed! At least for Aulani! Say goodbye to H2O - h2o product contract had ended in June and Disney cruise line, and Aulani had covered bottles showing the product was formally h2o. Is this the new brand? We will see

Today I got to see a life like version of my idol. Walt Disney & it most certainly is what dream are made of!
I had no idea there would be a Walt Disney wax figure & I screamed when I saw him! He truly is so life like!

It’s Christmas outfit season!!!
🎄 the parks are all decked in their holiday best, and that means all my drawers full of Christmas outfits are being put once again to use! 🎅🏻🤶🏻

A Jollywood Review you can read, share and bookmark after more than 24 hours to fully digest! I’ve tried to find all the positive, I never want to share negative experiences because it just be a one off!
Describing the event in one word: underwhelming (if I would add another it would be incredibly so incredibly underwhelming)

The shows were good but two shows aren’t enough. And they weren’t good enough for $180. This felt like a rushed event when in reality it had been planned for 18 months.
The tip top soirée needed to be somewhere else! There wasn’t space, the line was over 3 hours line for drinks, there just wasn’t any space & it was promoted as dancing but there was no dancing, there wasn’t even room for it! It was misleading.

Food and drinks 👎🏻 - being told the wait is 1-2 hours and knowing the event was four hours that’s a no! We couldn’t get on the

Merch ‼️ one item! And they didn’t have anything smaller than a small or bigger than a large they didn’t know if they were getting more items or sizes but nothing had sold out

Check in // credentials 🎄 - you get a bracelet plus necklace you have to wear the necklace all night & honestly it was in the way for photos & didn’t match the outfit. Make sure to get your stuff outside the park even if you are an AP or have day tickets because the inside line took forever from what we saw / were told! Outside took maybe 2 minuets!

There’s two different paths a wet, & dry path. Though staying dry on the wet path is very easy to do!
The area felt like a one way path, but maybe that’s just for previews 🤷🏼‍♀️ either way in case it’s permanently like that make sure to do everything you want before venturing to another area

This ride is good for getting out of the sun, and I think it I could get the hang of it, I’d love it so much! Haha but I haven’t yet mastered it!

Alaska you’re beautiful! I loved seeing all the seals on 🦭 glacier day! But haha, didn’t see any big glaciers 🙃 but there was one onboard 😅🧊 The characters in their Alaska outfits are so stinkin cute!! ☺️

If I have to go to Animal Kingdom 🌳 I’m going to be doing it in pink 🎀

There’s an entire galaxy to explore 💫 and with that I’m currently on the first Alaska Disney Cruise of the season! So far we’ve seen glaciers and today we’re headed to play with sled dogs, find gold, and right now I’m on the scenic railway 🚂

Trying to figure out how I visited animal kingdom 10 times in April when it’s my least favorite park 🤔

3 years ago I watched all the Star Wars movies for the first time, and fell in love with the whole Star Wars Universe! Over 30 light sabers later, and one more today 🥹 and I can’t believe it took me so long to watch all the movies!
