I was looking for something in our crawl space and came upon a tote from my PQ life (Pre-Quilting). I used to spend my days (and nights) painting. It's been a while since my last post, but that just means I've been spending all my spare time sewing; most recently, I've jumped on the mask-making bandwagon and have some fun options for you to try!

I currently have two styles available, either fitted or pleated (the pleated ones are similar to the standard disposable masks). All are made from 2 layers of top quality cotton woven fabric, with adjustable elastics on the ears. Since these are all handmade, you get to pick your preferred style, size and fabric.

XS = 4-5 yrs
S = 4-10 yrs
M = 10 yrs to small adult
L = adult

This quilt, which measures 50 x 58 is called a Jelly-Roll Race quilt. It is made with 42 2 1/2 in strips (a jelly roll) sewn end to end and then connected, giving it a very random design. The theme of this jelly roll is "flight".

For our 25th wedding anniversary, my husband and I went to Disney World (without the kids) and loved it. So, when I come across Disney themed fabric I have to turn it into a quilt. This quilt measures 47 x 31. All of the white squares have been quilted with a Mickey face, and all the patterned squares have Michey's glove.

This quilt is a 43 inch x 41 inch whole cloth Boyd's Bears Quilt. The backing fabric is a coordinating brown with a strip of Boyd's Bears along the bottom edge. The machine quilting is simple, highlighting the diamond pattern on the front.

I found these fun coordinating fabrics while visiting Arizona 2 years ago. And when you can’t decide what pattern to make, fist cut squares, throw them in a bag and sew them together as you pull them out of the bag. This quilt measures 48 x 58.
