It’s that time ag*in! Finally, my shepherd’s pies are available tomorrow. Approx 2.5 lbs of food in each container! Feeds 2-3 people. They have a delicious creamy cheesy mashed potato topping and I only have approx 12 left! PM me for one or two! ❤️❤️❤️
About tonight....
Hands-down the best ever vegan meal I have ever made. Cauliflower and carrots and baby potatoes super slow cooked with a rich coconut gravy of ginger, garlic, cayenne, cinnamon, clove, turmeric, onions, tomatoes, cumin and some other secrets and love. Served over a coconut cumin garlic rice. All the toppings to choose from include yogurt/vegan yogurt, cilantro, toasted pumpkin seeds (cuz who doesn’t love crunch?), shredded carrots, limes and green onions.
I’m so satisfied. Straight to the couch. This hit ALL the tastebuds.
Taco night last night was insane. We did a combo of vegetarian and local caught rockfish.
Taco kits will be available next Wednesday! They include either a vegan option of butternut squash and sweet potato, pulled pork, or pulled pulled chicken in tomatillo sauce. All kits include a pineapple tomato salsa, an avocado, cheese or VEGAN CHEESE, a stack of 10 gluten free corn tortillas, re-fried black beans with garlic, tomatillo, cumin and lime, cabbage and carrot mixture for garnish, cilantro on the side, and if you specify my homemade fermented jalapeños I’ll include some of those too!

Vegan gluten free comfort right here. Organic Black beans, cumin, organic coconut milk, brown rice and some Jamaican curry seasoning to start my base off. Added in some toasted cumin seeds and then some cauliflower, carrots, onions and peppers too. Last night I added wilted spinach for some extra greens power, and chicken. Today, it’s a vegan lunch with no chicken. Topped with fresh cilantro. Thus is my favourite thing I’ve made in ages!
Making some miso black cod with braised Asian greens over rice. Quarantine ain’t so bad! Trying out some beautiful new cooking styles for everyone. Well... for myself for now.
Trying some healthier things for the next coming months, as I’m trying to be healthy myself! This is dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. Full of g*i lan, pea tips, tofu, carrots, sprouts, ginger, garlic, green onions and rice noodles... which I find satisfy my noodle craving without feeling too heavy. Lots of nutrient-dense greens and organic veggies and protein. Would anybody be interested in dishes like this?

Making local organic summer berry crumbles today! My goodness I love the smell of the berries and lemon and cinnamon together, simmering under the buttery, flaky, crispy topping.
5 course dinner for 2 for an anniversary a couple nights ago. Prawns, salmon and halibut. Salted caramel dark chocolate ganache tarts. Charcuterie, cheese and salmon platter. This photo was sent to me by the wonderful client. Feeling really grateful to be doing drop off meals like this during covid. I love preparing and dropping off meals for people to grill themselves on these warm summer nights!

Who’s in for some pulled pork tacos? I’ve rubbed my pork shoulders with some cumin, smoked paprika, chili (not hot), cinnamon, ancho, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and some secrets, love and magic. About to put these in the smoker slow and low. Yummmmmm.
I’m honoured to be making meals for 75 of our Squamish Nation Elders today. Feeling so much love in this big kitchen at Totem Hall. Pictures to come. 2 portions for 75 people is a ton of work. So grateful.

I love using cheeses and meats for my and cheese boards. These are so enjoyable to make for clients and private functions and dinner parties.
I just made some sticky buns. Maple brown butter pecan. You know you want some. Lemon zest cinnamon cream cheese icing to be put on top once cooled.
