Thank you to all the students who came out to our Winter Wonderland Dance tonight. And to all our chaperones - we couldn’t have done it without you!!

Tonight!!! Limited tickets will be sold at the door!!

Tickets go on sale in the lobby during home room tomorrow!!

Tomorrow is Electronics Day. Students who purchase a ticket will be permitted to use their electronic devices during lunch. Money raised helps the PTA pay for the DJ for next Friday's Winter Wonderland Dance!

Tickets will be sold tomorrow & Friday in the lobby during homeroom. Money raised helps pay the cost of the DJ for our dance.

Next Friday, December 15th! This is not a formal dance, kids can dress in casual or if they want to dress up that is fine too!! But school dress code must be followed. Tickets will be sold at the door, but limited amount so it is better they purchase in advance. Students are not permitted to enter the building until 7pm. And a reminder for bags/purses - they are NOT permitted in the gym and must be left in the lobby. If you do not need a bag or purse it is best to leave them at home!!

Electronic Day is coming up.. on Friday, December 8.. this helps the PTA to pay for the DJ for the dance…tickets on sale during homeroom for $5.
The dance is the following Friday..December 15..

Stop by Kiski Township firehall for our craft and vendor show until 2pm. We have concession, Bursteaz and a bake sale along with all our crafters!!

We are all setup for our craft show today. Come out and join us. We’re here until 2 at the Kiski Township Firehall!!!!

we will selling them for $2 each… great holiday gifts!! Or stocking stuffers!!

Also, we will have Gardner’s candy… we are pricing it to sell!!
We want to lower the cost for field trips.. so come out and help support the MS PTA!!

Here are a few items the Apollo-Ridge Middle School PTA will also be selling at REDUCED prices.. at the PTA table-where ALL money will go towards lowering the overall cost of ALL field trips!!

The PTA will have ALL items priced at .50, $1 or $2..
that will include the bake sale, paper flowers and these items.. we are trying to get the costs down for the field trips for all of our Middle School kids.. so please come out to Kiski Township Firehall..

We have over 35 tables being set up..
some of our vendors are selling wooden items, crocheted items, ornaments, hair bows, tumblers, folded books, rice hearing bags, signs, laser decor…and so much more!!

For some of these great baskets.. more are coming in!!

We are so excited about the craft/vendor show.. we are at capacity.. so we cannot accept anymore vendors!!
But please come out on November 18th and see all the crafts, buy a raffle for one of our baskets, buy a baked good.. or just look around!!

PTA will have their own table also with items.. all money will go directly to the field trips.. to reduce the overall cost of each grades field trip!!

Thank you to all our teacher volunteers, students and pta volunteers for making this years “Pie a Teacher” a huge success!!!

If your child missed buying tickets to "Pie a Teacher" there's still time!! Tomorrow morning they can buy their tickets! $2 / per chance (up to 5 chances can be purchased).

Tomorrow's the first chance to buy tickets for "Pie a Teacher" on Friday!!

Tickets for "Pie a Teacher" will be sold this week during school on Thursday and Friday!

Apollo-Ridge Middle School PTA UPDATE
As of now we are told the field trips
Will be:
8th grade will be going to Washington DC

6th grade will be going to the Carnegie Science Center.. during the Titanic exhibit..

7th grade is still being decided..

We also will be having an all grade trip!! It will be offered in a first come basis.. details later in the school year!

We want everyone to know.. unlike elementary we do not pick the field trips!! The grade teachers do..
if the grade teachers say we need chaperones.. we will ONLY be picking from PTA members with clearances. Please consider helping us make this a GREAT year for all the kids!

We are also.. asking for kids to pay towards their trips.. bus prices are through the ROOF ..

So we are offering fundraiser and also a crafter/vendor show .. those events will reduce not only your child’s cost.. but the overall cost of the bus..
so if you are able.. please participate!!

Friday will be pie the teacher!! It was fun last time.. but we had a few whipped cream problems.. so we hope we have gotten that fixed..
ALL kids who buy a ticket WILL get to pie a teacher!! But they do not get to pick which teacher..
the grand prize is to pie Mr. Barta..

Apollo-Ridge Middle School PTA is happy to announce that the Pie the teacher has been rescheduled and will be next Friday November 3rd!!

The relay race has been moved and now will be on November 16th..

Also the craft/vendor show is November 18th!!
