•VIBES• I am almost 8weeks post show . 2017 is about me having a different mentality for the first time in 5 years of competing. I have always enjoyed only 4months of off season and then was back to the grind. But I am focused on pushing myself to a new level. YES I am scared to 💩 Taking my physic to the next level I understand that I need to bulk ... and every girl hates feeling fluffy. Some days even I doubt my mental strength. But this is part of the life of being a pro athlete. For ME--- I have to dissect everything step along my path of success. I know there will be days I feel down but I need to ✋🏽 and remember I am stronger than I think. So today I promised myself to make small goals to feel better. What's that's goal??? Drink my entire gallon of water , run outside (ain't nothing like fresh air) and track every macro. I am also going to write 3 goals I would like to accomplish in the next 3 months (will post later) This is how I stay motivated to be the best I can be. To everyone out there we all have good/Bad days and sometimes we just need to take a deep breath and remember how the challenges in life are where you grow the most. ❤
