These stadium obstacles really wear you down in a short amount of time. This was a super fast race and a fun venue. I ended up missing my spear throw and came back to take 3rd place.

Headed to the Ocean city Spartan sprint. It's a different kind of race for me as I've never done any of the stadium type obstacles before. Who am I going to see there this weekend?

Henderson hall Semper fit fall 5k 2nd place. It was a fast pace finish with my time being 18:16 and a close call with Oleksii only 2 seconds behind!

The Killington beast this year was the hardest it has ever been with cold and windy conditions especially at the peaks of the mountains. It seemed that the steep ascents just never stopped and then to see an unexpected death march up the mountain again was just soul crushing and my legs were already shaking. I never thought I could achieve the podium here because it has always been such a huge race with lots of competition but I was able to come in first place on Saturday and 4th place on Sunday. It wasn't easy at all, I had to train hard for this race but I guess it all paid off.
