This Flower Agate sphere though 😍

Super delicious, super easy, and super gluten free, White Bean Chicken Chili. I sautéed the onion and garlic in a little bit of Olive Oil, then dumped everything else in the pot while the chicken was cooking in the air fryer. Chopped it up when it was done and dumped it in the pot too. Let it simmer for like 15 minutes. Topped with a bunch of cilantro, red onion, and avocado. 10/10 would do again!

Although most crystals bring me a feeling of tranquility, there’s just something about Moss Agate that makes me feel like I am connected to my roots and safe. Such an incredible crystal!

Pickles says you should always have Rose Quartz close by. It’s one of our favorites here and one we have in several places in our home. I wear a rose Quartz bracelet on days where I am feeling like I need a bit more positivity and love to shine my direction. Or on days where I’m feeling generous and want to give to others and make somebody else’s day. Rose Quartz is also an incredible facilitator of healthy relationships. My favorite part of selling crystals is when I’m asked to intuitively pick goodies for people. This client gave me a brief description of each of her coworkers, I chose the crystals, then we went over them together. I’m so happy that my picks were accurate for each person. It fills my heart knowing that I can use my intuition to help others and to brighten their day.

Every day I wear a rainbow moonstone ring, a couple of bracelets, and usually I’ve got a pocket rock floating around on my person somewhere.

Today’s bracelets are black tourmaline for energy protection. The holidays can wear a person out real fast. I’ve also got a chakra balancing bracelet with some lava beads that have a couple drops of lavender oil on them today. I’m working on finding peace and alignment in the every day little things, this combo seems to really help me.

For today’s pocket rock, we’ve got fire Quartz. The way I usually pick my pocket rock, is to look at my shelf and see which one calls out to me in the morning. Fire Quartz is used to clear doubts, dispel anxiety, and cancel out mental distractions. 100% what I needed today 🌟
