Our Live Online Yoga Studio is launching on the 1st September. It's designed for busy brains; those of you diagnosed with ADHD, or who have symptoms of ADHD, including anxiety and those non-stop brains! It's a safe space to practice, with at least 2 live sessions each week and access to recordings, Body Doubling for you to get tasks done live with us there to support you, and really supportive community chat channels. You get daily and weekly prompts to help you navigate life, yoga philosophy and informative information AND every week we put yoga under the microscope and show you a posture or some breathwork in detail. All of this is just £20 per month, which is less than £3 per class. Watch this space 🩵🩷💙

It's OK to hit the reset button. Sometimes plans change or life becomes too much. Recently, I have been running lots and loving it. I have now picked up an injury that means I can't run at all. It could be easy to feel depressed or to comfort myself I'm negative ways, but instead I reset my health and fitness plans and I continue to move forward.
In yoga, you can help to reset your nervous system by practicing poses in a sequence. Their cumulative effect can slow the activity of your "fight or flight" impulses abd help to ease anxiety.

Be kind to yourself... Listen to your body and mind for those burnout signals... if you do not feel right, make sure you rest and allow the body to heal. To be a kind person, you must start with yourself. Try a gentle asana practice, meditation or simply sleep and nourish your body.

Practice acts of kindness towards yourself to help your body and mind.
Meditation and yoga are fantastic ways to look after and join your mind, body and breath.
