New year, new blog.

My name is Allie and this is Write Your Wellness.

I started this blog because I have tried and failed at journaling so many times. Why? Because I was too focused on making my pages look/sound perfect. Then I tried something different, writing ONLY for wellness. That's when things started to stick.

Now I have a happy journaling habit that adds to my life (not distract).
