Chocolate and Coffee Bar?

I’m big into coffee in what it offers for external scrubby cleansing affects. And maybe even a good ol’ cleansing from you know where. I personally am not a fan of coffee scent. My partner Jacqueline loves coffee scent. This one was designed for her.

Vitamin D and your skin health!

We all know the tremendous benefits for Vitamin D3 and the role it plays in our immune system health and that of many other supportive functions in the body.

Did you know that Vitamin D from the sun can only be produced in our bodies by skin exposure based on the time of day and the angle of the sun to the atmosphere depending on our location?

I discovered this when desiring to heal from black mold toxicity by myself and the help of those that have been through it before while spending countless sleepless hours researching(because I was in so much agony I could not sleep) how to best heal my self.

I discovered that just because I am in the sun the skin is not producing the Vitamin D hormone. It was more to do with the amount of UVA and UVB ration that my skin was exposed to based on the location of the sun to me depnding on the time of year and where I am.

The Navy Azimuth Table calculates this out for us. It will show us the time frame in which we can expose our skin to the sun to help our bodies produce this immune boosting hormone Vitamin D.

While I have not been able to access the Navy Azimuth Table since C0v!d started back in Feb. (Coincidence? maybe.) However I found another site to help calculate it.

1) Use https://planetcalc.com/4269/ to enter in your calculation of the date desired.

2) Then be sure to enter in the time difference between Greenwich and your location. Ours is 5. Here is a link to greenwich time of day: https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/gmt

3) Look for the time of day that goes over 50 for the "Altitude above the horizon" if it is over 50, You are in the green for your body to create Vitamin D.

4) Expose as much skin as possible for the durration that suits your skin and health condition. It could range from 5 minutes to 30+ minutes per day.

5) Make a date with yourself and the SUN everyday(At least 3 times a week). Start getting out there every day possible in the time frame where the altitude is above 50. (Even if cloudy)

Here is a recent email response from Blaine answering some questions I had about his journey with an issue with the skin on his hands,

"Travis,

I can not count how many lotion products I have tried over the years, virtually everything that I saw or was suggested to me by others.
I have struggled with this my entire life. I have learned to just work with it. When it was really bad I would wear cotton gloves to protect my skin from any kind of irritants. Rubber gloves or latex gloves, caused my hands to sweat, that caused even more irritation.
The burning and itching from severely dry, and inflamed skin, I just learned to ignore, so that I could still get things done.
When the issue was at its worst, I had concern for infection, because I could not always keep them covered.
