Hey guys, unfortunately through life we lose our loved ones. And people come up to us and say’ I lost my # # , and I know how you feel…..

NOOOOOOOOO you do not!

Your loss was personal to you, and you have no idea how am feeling….. I am grieving someone I loved, and, yes you may of know them, BUT you didn’t know them or love or even dislike them in the way I do, So tell me

How can you know what or how I feel….

Please take something from this yeh, as you all will either be the one offering the arm around the shoulder, or the one grieving ….. No one not, even family can feel the ‘same’ as anyone wlse who is grieving, as their grief is based on their relationship with the person being grieved……

Looking at starting up a weekly event, whether that be in person or over Zoom/TEAMs where is blokes ( only) get together and just talk openly and honestly with no judgement…. Life is tough at times yeh, and having an safe avenue to talk is not there for all, so if your interested let me know, abs I will look at venues etc - and remember yeh, you are special and it is OK to talk because talking is what will make the pain better 110% - Sont be alone, hook up with ManChat Fc and start that journey of getting back to being the most special thing there is YOU ✊❤️✊🤜🤛
