Night & Luna

After every night is a new day.
And with it comes the Sun. 🌞

Meet our baby boy, Sol. 👶

For the fans of our love story. 💝📕

It looks like Night was right! 🥳

I wrote this poem the night Luna and I found out she was pregnant with our first child.

That was September 13th of last year.

Since that day, I haven’t changed a single word in the poem.

Somehow when I wrote it, just I knew we were having a son.

That’s how most of my poems come to me. In a fleeting moment of inspiration. I just write them down as they come to me.

I’d like to believe some higher power speaks to me, gives me tiny bits of magic and all I do is scribble them out for people like you to read.

But it wasn’t until I cut into the gender reveal cake
that my wife surprised me with and saw blue (for a boy) that my intuition was confirmed.

I guess that’s how the magic of poetry works sometimes.

For our long-time fans, thank you for all your support, comments, and believing our love would last.

It means the world to us both.

After nearly 2 years, I present to you for the first time the full poem of SHE CALLED ME NIGHT.

What? Did you think the poem was only 4 lines?

Well, surprise! It’s not.

It’s always been so much more.

Today—more than ever—I hope you are inspired to love and to be loved.

But remember—you must be willing to let love in.
