Tomorrow is my birthday and knowing that kids are born into a life they will never get a fair chance to live because they'll die before the age of five due to malnutrition (read: WE ARE LETTING CHILDREN STARVE TO DEATH!) makes a celebration seem pretty undeserved. When people think of vegans they think avocado and kale. Let me introduce to you the idea of bread, pasta, and many other processed foods being plant based as well.
The reason many people being vegan don't eat processed foods is simply because they want to rely on mother nature without food since coming in-between.
Ever now and then I like myself some non whole foods plant foods though! 🙆♂️🥰

The last few months has been full of excuses. 🙄 I promised myself two years ago I'd quit excuses in every shape and form. Due to all the changes of the normal, as we've known it, I have been allowing myself to feel weak, unmotivated and inconsistent, all because of excuses I have accepted.
I won't say I have failed myself because I feel like the most important thing is to be flexible and change priority when life changes. But I have let my commitment to myself and my health take a big turn. Not only have I lost my unbreakable mentality and optimism, I also let go of my appreciation for my physical health and looks. 🐖 I lost my happy place and thought it to be in the future. I started to identify with weakness and thought my weak days were my "new normal". I have restructured my mental stand once again and I am trying real hard to be in the moment and not in the future. Being here and now will not only allow for instant growth, but also for me to do what feels right in the moment without feeling like I am failing. ☝️🙃 Goals are definitely great to have, but living the journey and not only surviving it is essential.
With that said: one hour workout every day until I have a better way to deal with excuses. 💪🤡💦
