We celebrated Darlene this week as she is enjoying retirement! I am grateful for her years of faithfully serving at Tri County Church. She showed up early and stayed late ensuring that every person who walked in had a warm and inviting experience. Thank you Darlene!

Celebrating Kim Redmon Trethewey! I can't believe that she turns 30 today?!? (Give or take a few years.🤭) I am so grateful to be on this epic life journey with her. She is a passionate and creative leader that pours herself completely into everything she does. She makes me better in every way... and continues to tolerate me 😂

"WHY"? does the church exist? Over the past 2000 years, the answer to that question has become overcomplicated and convoluted. In all reality, the answer is really simple.
GAME PLAN is a 5 part series that focuses on the framework used to lead and accelerate the mission of the church. MAP must define the MISSION of the church. And the mission, no matter what, must be unwavering.
People from outside and inside the church will apply incredible force to knock the church off mission. Recognize that reality and keep focused on the “why”.

I am excited about the launch of the Advancing Leader Podcast!! Our goal is to equip leaders to accelerate the mission of the Church. And there is not a greater and more important moment than right now!! I keep saying it, but here it is one more time: God is on the move.
Episode 2 launches a 5 part series titled: Game Plan. Our game plan is the framework in which we lead the church as we follow God's path! Join Bevan Bish and me as we have a direct, clarifying, and at times, raw, conversation centered on the greatest place to lead - the church!
