Awareness is the greatest agent for change.
There are many conceptions on mental health and often, the topic is widely understood due to the stigma that surrounds mental health issues. It is not a condition that people choose to have and by dispelling the myths, we can educate ourselves so we can help others.
It's okay to not be perfect.
We regret and blame ourselves for terrible outcomes. A reminder that terrible outcomes are not always a personal failure. They are a natural part of life, and they may be experienced and overcome by oneself.
Don't keep yourself in the dark.
Mental health is common; it could be anyone. It's a disorder. Not a decision.
Some expectations are positive and can motivate you to overcome challenges and achieve your goals. When your expectations are unattainable, it can cause friction, misunderstandings, dissatisfaction, and other issues.
The AUSN Secretariat manage the running of the student network, ensuring that the organization is run in an orderly and efficient manner.
The Research and Communication team is responsible for conducting research on the project matters, which is led by the Floor Manager of the Mental Health Webinar.
