Connecting with the ocean once again. This time on the wild and wonderful coast of Dungeness.
We’re living through chaotic times, and allowing yourself a time of stillness, a moment to realise the calm within you is important - to find a place of inner peace.
This moment of sunrise, a golden glow below blue grey clouds, with the wind churning the waves, brought me back to nature and made me smile. A good way to start the day 🙏🏻😊

Yesterday, I had the privilege of providing sound baths for an amazing Oncology team.
Their work can be incredibly difficult and often very stressful.
It was very special to be able to support their wellbeing.
The moon plays a huge role by influencing our beautiful ocean tides. As tonight is a supermoon, and the Harvest Moon, it seems appropriate to use my wonderful ocean drum in this evening’s sound bath in Muswell Hill. The ocean wave sounds produced by the drum promote relaxation and calm the mind. Come along to a sound bath and hear the sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, the ocean drum, and so much more, washing over you!

Immerse yourselves in the healing vibrations of sound. Using a variety of instruments including Himalayan and crystal singing bowls and chimes, the sound baths will help release stress, clear energy blockages, and elevate your spirit.

Ancient sounds - for centuries people believed that music and sounds could ‘harmonise’ the out-of-balance body, and this belief has been revived in modern times.
Sound therapy traces it's roots back to ancient civilisations such as Greece, Egypt, and India.
It was lovely to remind myself of this in the thirteenth century castle in Criccieth. The castle has a wonderful energy. A beautiful place to play my bowl.
