Brief about this case: A case of file fractured during Root canal treatment in one of the distal canals. Started bypassing with initial files and enlarged upto 4%files.Recapitulation done in between BMP and irrigation with 5.25%sodium hypochlorite followed by saline.Absorbent paper points used to isolate the canals.Obturation done and used the luting gic to seal orifices.
