SENIORS…I still have scholarship applications available for any 2023 Graduating Senior In Arkansas. This is FREE money that can be used to help ease the burden on your books, clothes and school materials..PLEASE DONT MISS OUT ON THIS OPPORTUNITY BY NOT APPLYING!!!

The Most Worshipful Prince Grand Lodge of Arkansas has a Scholorship Opportunity for YOU!! If you are interested or know a 2023 Graduating Senior who might be interested, you can contact me through messenger or by email: [email protected].

Recipient will receive $1,000.00 to help pay toward your tuition to any 2 or 4 year College or any Accredited Technical School.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED BACK IN BY MAY 30th to be turned in to our Grand Lodge Office in Pine Bluff by May 31st. (you are not required to have a family member of any FreeMason organization to apply) Recipient will have to be present at time of Scholarship Presentation) information will be provided to you if you are selected.

Congratulations to CHS 9th grade student Rachel Short for winning the MLK, Jr essay contest on the topic of “Be the Dream.” Rachel won in the secondary category. Eagles Fly High 🦅

On March 25, 1968, ten days before his assassination, King was asked by Rabbi Everett Gendler to answer whether or not he labeled himself a “moderate” in the struggle against racial injustice. King answered with clarity and precision:

Dr. King gave his last speech on April 3, 1968 at the Mason Temple COGIC Headquarters in Memphis, TN.

Many believed that Dr. King had prophesied his tragic death by the speech he gave at the service that night “I‘ve BEEN TO THE MOUNTAIN TOP” because the very next day, April 4th, Dr. King was assassinated at the Lorraine Motel just a few blocks from Mason Temple COGIC, at 6:01 pm.
