دنیا بھر میں ڈاکٹر سفید کوٹ کیوں پہنتے ہیں؟

دنیا میں کروڑوں افراد بچپن سے ڈاکٹر بننا چاہتے ہیں اور اس دن کا خواب دیکھتے ہیں جب وہ سفید کوٹ پہن سکیں۔

درحقیقت اس لباس کی اتنی زیادہ اہمیت ہے کہ دنیا کے بیشتر میڈیکل اسکولوں میں تقاریب کا انعقاد ہوتا ہے جن کو وائٹ کوٹ ceremonies کہا جاتا ہے۔

یہ وہ موقع ہوتا ہے جب نوجوان طالبعلم پہلی بار ڈاکٹروں کے لیے مخصوص سفید کوٹ کو پہنتے ہیں۔

مگر کیا آپ نے کبھی سوچا کہ یہ رنگ ڈاکٹروں کے لیے مخصوص کیوں ہوگیا؟

اس کی وجہ اور تاریخ بہت دلچسپ ہے۔

آپ یہ جان کر حیران ہوں گے کہ ڈاکٹروں میں سفید کوٹ کے استعمال کا رجحان بہت زیادہ پرانا نہیں اور 19 ویں صدی کے آخر میں عام ہوا۔

اس سے قبل ڈاکٹر عموماً سیاہ لباس پہنتے تھے اور لباس میں سفیدی کی جھلک نظر نہیں آتی تھی۔

سیاہ رنگ کے انتخاب کی وجہ یہ تھی کہ اسے رسمی اور باوقار رنگ سمجھا جاتا تھا اور خیال کیا جاتا تھا کہ یہ ڈاکٹروں کی شخصیت سے مطابقت رکھتا ہے۔

19 ویں صدی کے آخر میں ڈاکٹروں اور سائنسدانوں کو اسپتالوں یا طبی مراکز میں صفائی کی اہمیت کا احساس ہوا جس سے بیکٹریا کی نشوونما کی روک تھام اور وبائی امراض کو پھیلنے سے روکنا ممکن تھا۔

سفید رنگ کو صفائی سے منسلک کیا جاتا تھا اور اسی وجہ سے اسپتالوں میں سفید چادروں اور سفید ملبوسات کا استعمال شروع ہو گیا تاکہ جراثیموں کے خلاف جنگ کا اظہار ہو سکے۔

امریکن میڈیکل ایسوسی جرنل آف Ethics میں شائع ایک مضمون کے مطابق سفید رنگ کو سچائی اور شفافیت سے بھی منسلک کیا جاتا ہے جو ڈاکٹروں کی شخصیت کے لیے اہم ہوتے ہیں۔

سیاہ لباس کی جگہ سفید کوٹ لینے کا عمل بہت تیزی سے مکمل ہوا اور 1900 سے قبل ہر جگہ ڈاکٹر سفید کوٹ استعمال کرنے لگے۔

اس زمانے میں کام کرنے والے عطائی طبی ماہرین کے مقابلے میں ڈاکٹروں کی شناخت واضح کرنے کے لیے بھی سفید رنگ کے کوٹ کا استعمال ہر جگہ ہونے لگا تھا۔

Academic or college fee = 36Thousands annually(mean per year) for FMC and 35 Thousand for SZMC..But for SZMC, Second year to Final year MBBS your annual fee will be 24 thousand Only.

✓Girsl hostel fee = 36 thousands annually(per year)

✓Admissions fee or security fee= 12 thousands submitted only once which is refundable after passing out .

✓Boys hostel fee= 9 to 12 thousands per month.

Because Boys hostel is still not funded by Federal govt.

پاکستان میڈیکل کمیشن کی جانب سے ایم ڈی کیٹ کی حتمی تاریخ اور صوبائی ٹیسٹنگ یونیورسٹیز کا حتمی اعلان کیا جا چکا تاہم اس کے باوجود سوالنامہ بینک کے علاوہ سٹوڈنٹس کے زہنوں میں کئی سوالات موجود ہیں

ان تمام سوالات کے جواب لینے کے لیے پی ایم سی حکام سے ملاقات کی گئی اور سٹوڈنٹس سے ان کے سوالات طلب کیے گئے تاکہ تمام کے جواب لیے جاسکیں

کیا حافظ قرآن کو اضافی نمبرز ملیں گے؟

یہ وہ سوال ہے جو حفاظ قرآن کی جانب سے پوچھا جا رہا تھا تاکہ میڈیکل کالجز میں داخلے کے وقت ان کو اس اضافی تعلیم کے اضافی نمبرز مل سکیں اور داخلے کے امکانات میں اضافہ ہوجائے تاہم اس حوالے سے سٹوڈنٹس کے لیے خبریں اچھی نہیں، حکام نے واضع کیا ہے کہ اس بار پی ایم سی کی جانب سے ایسے سٹوڈنٹس کو اضافی نمبرز دینے کے امکانات نہیں ہیں

الیکٹو پیپرز کے مارکس کس طرح کیلکولیٹ کیے جائیں گے؟

یہ سوال پوچھنے والے وہ بچے تھے جو گزشتہ سال کورونا پالیسی کے تحت امتحان میں پاس ہوئے اور ان کو الیکٹو سبجیکٹس کی بنیاد پر ہی مارکس دئیے گئے، ایسے سٹوڈنٹس کے حوالے سے پی ایم سی نے واضع کیا ہے کہ میرٹ بناتے وقت سٹوڈنٹس کے گزشتہ سال یا موجودہ سال کے مکمل انٹر رزلٹ کی پرسنٹیج نکالی جائے گی جس کی بنیاد پر اس کو میرٹ میں شامل کیا جائے گا

سوالنامہ بینک کس کا ہوگا؟؟؟

یہ وہ سب سے اہم سوال ہے جس کی وجہ سے سٹوڈنٹس ابھی تک ذہنی اضطراب ہیں اور ان کو ایم ڈی کیٹ کی تیاری میں خاصی مشکلات کا سامنا ہے، حکام کی جانب سے واضع کیا گیا ہے کہ تمام تر ٹیسٹنگ یونیورسٹیز کو پی ایم سی کے سلیبس اور سوالنامہ بینک سے ہی پیپر بنانا ہوگا یونیورسٹیز کو اپنا سوالنامہ بینک یا سلیبس استعمال کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی، نہ صرف یہ بلکہ حکام نے یہ بھی واضع کیا کہ سٹوڈنٹس کو امتحانی سینٹرز میں تین جوابی پرچے دئیے جائیں گے جس میں سے دو کاربن کاپیز سٹوڈنٹس امتحانی سینٹر جبکہ ایک کاپی اپنے ساتھ لیکر جاسکے گا اور اسی دن شام میں پی ایم سی کی ویب سائیٹ پر جاری “پیپر آنسرز کی” سے وہ اپنے جوابات بھی چیک کر سکے گا

تاہم حکام کی جانب سے واضع کیا گیا کہ تمام یونیورسٹیز میں پی ایم سی سلیبس اور سوالنامہ بینک میں سے ہی مختلف پیپر آئے گا یعنی خیبرپختونخواہ کی ٹیسٹنگ یونیورسٹی کا ایم ڈی مختلف جبکہ دیگر صوبوں کی یونیورسٹیز کا ایم ڈی کیٹ مختلف سوالات پر مشتمل ہوگا تاہم یہ یقینی بنایا جائے گا کہ امتحان سلیبس اور پی ایم سی سوالنامہ بینک سے باہر نہ ہو

اس حوالے سے صدر پی ایم سی آئندہ ہفتے میں تمام تر فیصلوں کا حتمی اعلان بھی کریں گے

🛑 Mdcat on provincial level

🛑 PMC syllabus to be followed

🛑 PMC will give just syllabus+ TOS ( Table of specifications) to provincial test conducting universities

🛑 Provincial universities will generate tests by their own with their question bank .

🛑 Test will be on 13th November between 11:00 AM and 2PM across Pakistan.

🛑There will be 200 Mcqs and allocated time is 3 hours .

🛑 Carbon copy will be provided and result key will be made available by 9Pm on test day on both (provincial university website + PMC website )

🛑 We'll try to complete admission procedure before February. We're looking for starting of new session in first week of February.

🛑Above mentioned policies will remain same whether PMDC comes into existence!
