CHAKRA CHALLENGE DAY 4
💚HEART CHAKRA💚
Love, Compassion, and Joy

After many disruptions this morning... And 3 attempts later, my 4th meditation went well. I was able to exhale and release grudges, negative self thoughts, and clear my conscience.

I inhaled and claimed love, compassion for self and others, forgiveness, and completion. This was one of the most felt mediations thus far for this series. I feel lighter and more open. The tingling in my palms and surrounding my head let me know that my energy has cleared and that my aura is vibrant and strong.

UPDATE ON YESTERDAY'S BLOCKAGE: I was unable to fully be satisfied with clearing my Solar Plexus yesterday, however, todays heart Chakra went so well that I know I'm flowing good from root up. I'll continue to add extra attention to the 3rd Chakra over the next few Chakra clearing challenges. Tips or suggestions are always welcomed!

CHAKRA CHALLENGE DAY 3
💛 Solar Plexus Chakra 💛 personal power, self esteem, and transformation

Today was harder for me to stay focused (must have a bit of a blockage here and will work have to work on clearing this )
---with my mind not able to focus on the breaths as well, I chose to inhale the color yellow and exhale all the darkness of the blockage. I took note on the bright yellow I took in VS the thick yellow that seemed streaked with brown and black, that I exhaled.

I will attempt this meditation s few more times through out the day to try and unclog my energy field here. Update will be in the comments tomorrow morning.

7 DAY CHAKRA CHALLENGE 🧡 SACRAL CHAKRA

Today, I breathed in love and exhaled, self doubt. I breathed in compassion and let out fear. I breathed in desired creativity and exhaled anxiety.

Today, I also mentally viewed the dark and thick negative energies releasing with each exhale and in a short few breaths, I could see the strong orange energy flowing into my crown chakra and down to my sacral chakra.
