"Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other."

As part of my goals that I set last year, besides completing my degree I wanted to learn some skills digital skills and also improve my leadership qualities in making a meaningful impact in society.

In May, I decided to apply for the YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa fellowship and I also took a few months later an internship opportunity at VR&C Marketing Company to learn about digital skills.

Today, I have completed that leadership training and I am proud of becoming an Emerging Young African Leader and I have been also offered a full-time contract after my internship program to work as a communications officer.

The reason that I am sharing this information to is help inspire youth out that that it is only us that can change our situation. It is the small wins that eventually add up to the big dream.

Set out a few goals today that you might want to achieve for the year and work on each one of them until you succeed.

"We cannot become we want by remaining what we are." Make that move today and be the change that you want.

These small changes will eventually make a difference. Don't give up! These 5 am's, hard work and hustle will make a legend.

In celebration of World Radio DayπŸ“», radio has been and still one of the most accessible means of communication. One of the most beautiful things I found about the radio is the ability to know, feel and imagine the voices behind the radio without personally knowing the people.

around 2018 when I fell in love with the radio πŸ“». It is still my favourite genre of journalism πŸ“»πŸŽ™πŸŽšπŸŽ€πŸŽ§

The world's largest free trade goes into effect on the 1st of January 2021.

The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) is the largest by the number of participating countries in the world. The agreement will cover the African market of more than 1.2 billion people and a combined GDP of more than $3 trillion.

The AFCFTA is a single market for goods and services that provides and encourages for a single customs union eliminating about 90% tariffs on inter-trade within the continent. Inter Africa exports stand at 16.6% in 2017, however, it is projected to grow by over 50% according to the UN Economic Commission for Africa.

However, to what extent will the AFCFTA achieve its goals with the continent with the lack of basic infrastructures such as poor road network, lack of cheaper fleet services and endemic corruption among other things?

The agreement has been signed by 54 African countries with Eritrea πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡· being an except so far and 34 of these countries have already ratified the agreement.

```A beautiful trip to Tounkia Chiefdom Chiefdom in Kenema District.
I made an adventurous journey to Golahun Town, Tunkia Chiefdom in Kenema District about 50 km from Kenema township. Kenema is home to one of the main rivers in SL-River Moa, The Gola National Rainforest Park, quiet popular for Cocoa and bordering the side of Liberia πŸ‡±πŸ‡·.
