Called out to a cylinder leaking today. Drained down and removed. We cut open to find huge deposits of limescale. New cylinder will be ordered monday. Maybe a stainless one 🙌🏼

Productive day.

Roof stripped both sides, unfortunately opened a can of worms, total re-roof. New perlins, new roof spars and slates.

Change from plumbing, time to get this roof stripped back

Changing a hob and see this, winds me up no end, ptfe should only be used on the olive, such an amateur thing to do! 🤬

This bathroom was a tester but also a fantastic job to work on.

Job from last week, customer called and said radiator in bedroom wast working.

No flow going through one side of the valves, further inspection revealed this.

Shows how important it is to clean the heating system.

Not what i was wanting to do on a Saturday morning, condemn this boiler. Unfortunately as the pic shows its clearly not fit for anything, thing is this was serviced 12 months ago by someone! Needless to say a new boiler will be going in ASAP!

Another busy weekend after a hectic week, one system conversion from a cylinder to a combi.

The other was a breakdown on a big system.

Heres another bathroom completed last week, customer wanted an upgrade from her previous bathrrom. Unfortunately no before pics, but one very happy customer. 🙌🏼

Been a busy old week but getting there 🙌🏼

Quick update.

Bathroom removed. Like most bathrooms they always come with problems, this one had wate pipes falling the wrong way, 3"pipe through a raised floor and pipework all over the place.

Customer informed and all rectified.

We've created 2 holes, one above the sunk in towel rail and other above the bath, all boarded up and now ready for bath install and to slap some tiles on.
