I will be offering 3 outdoor 1:1 PT sessions for the discounted rate of $100, this is a saving of $35 (Sessions are normally prices at $45ea) Grab yourself a bargain and start getting back into the swing of things ready for when lock down laws are lifted in the coming weeks.
We have been working hard on getting the new facility built & are over the moon with how its all come together.
I will be offering the following types of training to cater to all ages, fitness levels and any goals you want to achieve.

💥 Boxercise (Boxing for fitness, mixed with Cardio)
I have wide range of equipment ready to cater to everyone's goals and a large outdoor area that I can move the equipment you require outdoors so that we can follow COVID-19 requirements.
I am taking all health precautions to ensure your health and safety - hand sanitiser on site, all equipment thoroughly disinfected after each use, compulsory use of towels & will not be accepting any clients with any flu like symptoms.

Hi Everyone, I am in the process of moving into a new facility and hope to be completed by the middle of next week. Will have my hands full this weekend, but classes will resume in March.
Keep and eye on this space, I will be offering group classes (dates to be announced), 1 on 1 sessions & most Importantly Strength and conditioning for athletes.

Unfortunately due to weather conditions, tomorrows class (22/02) is cancelled. If you're a member a gym, or have the space to do it at home this doesn't mean you have to miss out on a training session.
Keep an eye on this space, Expecting to be in a permanent indoor training location by March. This means no matter the weather condition we can grind it out 💪
If you are still keen to train please DM me and I'm more then happy to provide a quick workout that can be completed at home or in a gym.

Group sessions are in Tabata format (20 seconds on/10 seconds off) great for conditioning and general fitness. I cater to all ages and levels of fitness, at the moment I have clients ranging from 19-60.
This is a great opportunity to take advantage of, come down and meet the crew if you didn't come to the open day, and if you did great chance to continue your February Fitness Streak.
If you didn't come to the open day, please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to fill out a quick fitness questionnaire for insurance purposes, Look forward to seeing you all there 🙂

‼️Transformation Tuesday‼️
Nathan Barber isn’t my average client, being my training partner.
Nat started his transformation around 10 months ago, he told me on Australia Day Australia 🇦🇺 (2019) he was going to start training with me, and that he was going to “Get rid of his gut” Anyone that knows Nat, knows his a man of his word.
When we started training together, I was out lifting Nat running rings around him in the gym. Fast forward 10 months and I can honestly say the tables have turned. Nat will do on average 50-100 more reps then me per workout, lifting the same weight (most of the time), still gotta catch me on deadlift big boy 😉
Nat continues to push and motivate me to this day, we work together, motivate each other and pick up the slack when the other one isn’t feeling it.
Surround yourself with positive, driven people with similar mindsets or you’ll forever be “stuck in the mud”.
Congratulations on the amazing transformation Nathan Barber, you've come a long way and continue to break limits nearly every time we train. Big things coming for you 2020 brother.

You all did amazing, had a great time running you guys through my first group session of the year.
Had people ranging from 20-60, all different fitness levels and everyone smashed it, you should all be stoked with the effort you put in, absolutely killed it!
Was great to meet new people as well as familiar faces, really appreciate all your support.

Please try and come down a bit early if this is something you're interested in. This is definitely worth the time, Lee is a top bloke, Leticia, Nathan and myself would not be where we are today without his coaching/advice.
Believe me when I say this man knows his stuff. I honestly couldn't speak higher of a person, Highly recommend coming down and having a chat with him, a good training regime is useless without a proper consistent diet.

‼️First Transformation Post ‼️
This one's close to my heart, I started training Leticia 3 months after we met. 15 months of consistency and dedication she has lost over 55kg's, is still dropping and has a lean muscle mass of 62.7kgs. 💪
Sitting at 10.25% body fat, thanks to Lee at Bay Nutrition for the caliper testing and diet/supplement advice. 🥑
From not being able to do a star-jump or even a simple bench squat. Teash is now weight training 6 days a week, out lifting 80% of males at our local gym and squatting over 70KG's on her back. 🏋️♀️
Teash continues to get stronger each and every week and is an inspiration for not only myself but many others.
So proud of you Leticia thanks for letting me be your coach and never giving up even on the hard days when your muscles feel like jelly. 💛
