Most of you only count the winsâŚ.
You make a sale and you make $300 - $2500 depending on your rank.
How many people did you speak to that got you to the yes?
Letâs look at standard conversions

10 conversations
2 sales
This is a standard conversion rate and the better and more skilled you become the higher these numbers get.
So you made $5k from the 2 sales and didnât get paid for anything else right?
Most see this as wasted time because the other 8 didnât get started.
But a true sales person knows they get paid in money and skill for every single conversation.
So you had 10 conversations and 8 led nowhereâŚ..
You made 2 sales and $5k profit
No you didnât
Divide that $5k into 10 because you had 10 conversations and now you just got paid $500 per conversation.
Doesnât seem like a waste of time now does it!
If the person says yes or no you make $500 per conversation.
If your newer you may of had 15 conversations to make those 2 sales then you got paid $300 per conversation.
If your a professional and highly skilled maybe had 5 conversations to make those 2 sales then you got paid $1000 a conversation.
As your skillset grows so do your conversions which means so does your dollar per conversation.

Information alone is not enough. There will be people that know a lot more information about enagic, the products and the business than you do.
There are many people that know more information than I do about the product and companyâŚâŚ and I make way more money than them.
Your excitement, enthusiasm and passion will be what people say yes too.
Your care for them and their situation will be why they come back to you when they are ready.
Pouring belief into people and making them feel like they have someone on their team is what they are buying.
So stop trying to get it right and focus on giving a s**t about the person youâre speaking to.
And remember youâre getting paid for EVERY conversation.
And sales is a skillset.
