Eimear Darcy steps back into the ring on April 30th – this time for an inaugural Eire K1 promotion belt.
Fast, aggressive and well polished, Eimear put in one of the stand-out performances in her last outing in front of a packed Nak Muay 5 crowd.
The Compound Martial Arts fighter will be stepping in against another exciting up-and-comer… in Sarah Sheridan.
Fighting out of SBG Charlestown – an MMA gym noted for its impressive strikers – Sarah is relishing the prospect of throwing down with an opponent at the top table of Irish am K1.

Want to catch the action live?
The 500-seater Barbican Theatre plays host. The venue is just one hour from Dublin.
Expect an electric atmosphere, live DJ, MC, full bar and a packed house.
Tickets on sale soon. They will be available through all participating gyms/fighters or via the nakmuayfw.com website.

***ANNOUNCEMENT***
Due to a cancellation at our planned venue, we have been forced to push back the date of the inaugural Eire K1 event to 30 April.
But it’s not all bad news.
We have secured a bigger, better venue - the 500 seater Barbican Theatre.
The space boasts a full professional sound and light system, tiered seating, dedicated media room and ringside VIP area.
The venue is in Drogheda – an hour from Dublin city centre.
This may affect fighter availability so please confirm with your coaches that you’re still available.
This will be an event not to be missed...

**2022 SHOW ANNOUNCED**
It's been the worst kept secret in the Irish fight game but here's confirmation - the inaugural event will take place on 5 March 2022.
We're aiming to put together a who's who of am and pro K1 fighters to start of our promotion with a bang.
The event is powered by the team - so expect the same high standard production and electric atmosphere.
Matching is underway right now - so if you want on then get your coach to hit us up.
Also... For the first time we will be putting up a select number of Eire K1 event titles - so some of you will be getting the call.
DM here or contact Anto O'Gorman with lists asap - demand for matches on what will be Ireland's leading K1 event will be HUGE.
Today marks the launch of K1 Eire – an all-K1 fight event that will give those wishing to fight K1 a platform on which to showcase their skills.
The event will be made up of amateur, professional and pro-am bouts – designed to help fighters make the transition.
Our first event will take place in Dublin in February 2022.
The event is being put together by the Nak Muay Team – so expect the same high quality, professional level production seen last weekend.
We’re aiming to become the show fighters want to be on.
The date of our first event will be confirmed in the coming days – and then matching will kick off.
Any coaches who want to get their list in early, feel free to get in touch.
