Hello everyone welcome to Bonbons de Montréal! I created this little project out of a passion for creating. Making bonbons for me is more than preparing a chocolate - it’s about creating a unique edible piece of art.
The process of making bonbons is actually quite simple, however it certainly requires precision. There are specific techniques that need to be respected. That being said, there are also parts of making bonbons have no boundaries. This balance of creativity and perfection is like the perfect storm for me.
