Vegetarian pasta and chickpeas meal ( 4-5 servings)
Calories 521

What you need
2 tomatoes
2 onions
4 cups chick peas
340g pasta
200g mushroom.
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
1. Make pasta as instructed on the package.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium heat and add onions
3. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and add one tablespoon of mixed garlic
4. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2-5 minutes.
5. Add chickpeas with mushroom and add spices of your choice to taste.
6. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes
7. Serve and enjoy.
