Celebrating my first jab
I’ve been wearing a mask almost every waking moment as I care for aging parents. I’m so grateful for the cleanser and facial oil that clean and protect my face. My sensitive skin is not being negatively impacted by a mask at all.
Interesting how some things appear when you need to see them. I'm really bad about drinking water. I may actually be part camel. I'm working hard on changing that. I'm tying this new habit of drinking water to other habits I already have, like brushing my teeth (ok that gets me 2!!) or eating dinner (wow now I'm up to 3!!!)- Thanks to the book I'm reading "Atomic Habits" which I highly recommend.
