The Energy Regulatory Authority has obtained a court injunction restraining Office of Ombudsman from releasing a report on recruitment of the Authority's Chief Executive Officer, Henry Kachaje.

The Office was investigating a complaint it received alleging that Kachaje does not have a Master's degree as requirement for the post.

Ombudsman Grace Malera announced about the injunction at a press briefing which was organized to release the report in Lilongwe this morning.
