Lunges were not my friend today as you’ll see when I stop for a move. ITS OKAY TO MODIFY!!! Half of my workouts are modified and it’s still a super workout!
Now to get the kiddos up and ready for school!

I heard a quote yesterday that really stuck.”if you can’t stay motivated, stay consistent. Consistency will bring your motivation back” and it’s so true! Just focus on one day at a time, eat in moderation and move your body daily. This in turn will lead to amazing results without the fear of failing long term. (For me anyway!)
