Suddenly, it vanished, so now it is time to start anew and rebuild!

We saw and absolutely L💗VED it!!! This quote, said by Ruth, really struck a chord in this mama’s heart, especially because I am monumentally proud of the young woman my baby girl is becoming. This tween stage of life isn’t for the faint of heart, but there are definitely moments pure joy and love and I am so happy that I have a VIP spot to watch how far she goes 💗💗

For the past 3 months rhinestoning has taken up all of my free moments, and I have LOVED it! I love doing my part to help these dancers sparkle on stage! Every single stone is placed with love and I hope that when these dancers step on stage they can somehow feel that little extra spark to do their absolute best, that little extra, that’s from me 💗💗 So let’s do this family!! 6 days until our first competition!!!

I heard say this on Celebrity Jeopardy a few weeks back and it definitely resonates with this time of year for me… Only 41 days left until a new year and the choices and changes we make will be the building blocks of our future 💕💕

Oh sooo yummy!!!!! Cauliflower purée + crockpot shredded Buffalo chicken + chopped celery!!! Super easy, super fast to put together and !!!

There really isn’t that much of a recipe!
🍽️ I put boneless chicken in the crockpot with Buffalo sauce and cooked it slow and low all day.
🍽️Cauliflower - I steamed in the bag and then puréed.
🍽️Celery - I chopped and sprinkled on top of the chicken. Easy Peasy!!!

Ohhh sooo good!!!! Spaghetti squash baked then tossed in homemade garlic & thyme red sauce then topped with ground chicken breast and a sprinkle of Parmesan… DELICIOUS!! and !!!

What’s on YOUR dinner table tonight?!?

Sauce Recipe:
🍅4 cloves of garlic (yes 4, we aren’t vampires lol)
🍅Leaves from 6-8 sprigs of fresh Thyme
🍅Approximately 1 shake of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt rocks (literally take the cap off, give one shake or two and whatever falls into the food processor is what works.
🍅7 -9 Campari Tomatoes
🍅 Put it all in a food processor, chopper thing or blender and turn it all into a magically scrumptious sauce!

Oh MYLANTA!!!! This homemade Buffalo chicken pizza was sooo good! Cauliflower crust from + a little sprinkle of cheese baked and then topped with sliced cucumbers + chopped celery + chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce and a drizzle of ranch… 😋 💯 !!!

Two weeks ago I restarted and recommitted to myself and my health. It is easy for me to jump back in, but where I struggle is keeping it a priority. Not letting other things like work, or chaotic schedules become more important than choices I’m making for my health. Today I will do one more step for me and restart the good ol’ blog, as one more safety measure for staying on track, because I really believe there is power in writing things down. 💕💕

At 10:33pm 11 years ago, 12 hours after my water broke, this answered prayer entered the world and has made every day since sparkle with her AMAZINGNESS! Happiest of happy birthdays my Arabella, I love you more than you will ever be able to imagine💕

It’s no shock or secret that is a struggle, but it is a struggle that I will keep at until my health goals are met —and then of course the struggle of maintaining will begin, but that’s one struggle that I’m looking forward to! I tell my darling girl ALL THE TIME to keep trying and not to give up whenever she is working on a new skill, and the overwhelming joy she has when she achieves it is priceless! I want that for myself! I have felt it before, and I am excited for the things I have on my calendar and the plans I am making so that I can feel it again! ❤️💪🏼❤️

Yesterday, we celebrated my Dad with a tradition of celebrating his birthday at Disney. It was beautiful! Fall decor was up and smiling on us even though it was surface of the sun hot out and happy moments ruled the day, even through the downpour of rain.

He would have been 81 today and although he has been gone for almost 7 years, this day doesn’t get much easier. I miss him, every day I miss him. More than his hugs or his pats on the knee, or his listening ear, I miss being able to share happy moments with him.💙 So, here’s to the best Disney Dad a girl could ever dream of, happy birthday 💙

Now that was a great way to start the day!!! + Disney tunes + … it was 20 minutes of magical sweat! ❤️💪🏼❤️ I may have missed the live ride, but on-demand was there waiting for me this morning and I am so happy I made the choice to make my workout a priority!! With everything going on right now, I needed to take 20 minutes to let it all go like Elsa!

This morning I had one excited kiddo and one kiddo filled with tears from fear, and then there was me just trying to balance it all while mentally a smidge nervous about my own journey. But we did it! Kiddos were welcomed with smiles and I went on my way. Now, as I sit here drenched in sweat, after a run that was slower than slow yet quick enough to get me home on time to start my work day, I have an excitement and a hope building for this new beginning ❤️❤️

Can’t believe the kiddos are back to school on Tuesday!! Eeek!! Time to color code schedules, workouts and meals so that I can stick MY plan!! I am making exercise and staying true to my nutrition plan a priority so that I can kick-off my recommitment to my fitness journey strong!

T-2 days until we head to my baby girl’s first Nationals with her family!! Everyone on her team has been working so hard to get to this point, so much sweat, and I cannot wait to see their beauty and talent shine on stage 💕💕

Funny thing about this quote though… it extends to so much more than dance! I keep thinking about the much anticipated announcement and how first you train, and you train some more, and then the race, with all of its magical glory, is really just a victory lap. Or with weight loss, it’s a process of sweat and hard work that culminates in a healthier life. Bottom line, put in the work for the results you deserve!
