β–ͺ︎β–ͺ︎β–ͺ︎ ~β˜† Accessing and Healing stored unconscious emotions β˜†~ β–ͺ︎β–ͺ︎β–ͺ︎
Did you know that there are more neurons in our stomachs than our brains? No wonder why it's called our "second brain". There are 72,000 nerve endings in the belly compared to 50,000 in the brain. The small intestine is a part of the womb circuit and stores deep emotional issues from our heart, often going ignored for a long time until the information is surfaced and you start to truly understand the womb and its purpose. Is the womb just an organ, for childbearing and menstruation or is there more?

What else can it do?
What wisdom and power are within my womb space?
Do you find part of your life be unfulfilled, or lacking in a way you can't quite put into words?

The way of the womb is for the woman who wants to be totally empowered, manifesting her soul mission, and being able to have intimate sacred relationships, actively participating and engaging fully in the spontaneous joy and wave of life. It is for that woman who wishes to fully claim her authentic self as a live and flowing experience, and live her womanhood totally, without reservation or hesitation, without having to compromise. It is for that woman wishes to have an open, fulfilling s*xual life, and who wishes to use this energy to dynamically fuel her evolution, health, and lifestyle.
The womb is a mirror of the soul, it serves to reflect the truth about the progress that is being made in our growth. It is flowing, cooling, gentle, and mothering like a calm ocean, cooling and balancing pools of excess masculine attitudes and expressions.

Womb connection through the moon
πŸŒ‘πŸŒ’πŸŒ“πŸŒ”πŸŒ•πŸŒ–πŸŒ—πŸŒ˜
Think about your relationship with your own menstruation.
Have you ever halted your connection with your womb?
Many woman have tried to control their cycle with prescriptions, birth control or other methods to reduce the pain ~ the pain is truly trying to connect you back with your womb space. You are denying your femininity and buying into a consumer culture, ultimately becoming more man than woman by denying your womb and the life and death expression happening through you.
It is your time to go within, to feel and see the messages and visions that the womb has for you and to the oceans, the moon itself, and the blood that gives life. When you are wired, your focus shifts and you become more internal. The reference points you use to guide yourself become more fluid as you enter a different, darker world that is asking for your exploration, asking you to let go of your rational side, your mental stability. Here, you are being asked to not simply observe life but immerse yourself and it's immense power deep within you. This is the darkness inside, and it is there whether we bleed or not. It is just in the beginning time that we get a glimpse of this uncontrollable, untamable part of ourselves. The moon time is a time of retreat, of sanctuary, to rest and immersed within, to find that space within the shelters, and also provides, part of you. At this time, we become more attuned to nature, two shifts in mood, to sounds, to energy movements. Things can irritate us as we try to come to grips with our shadow. We tolerate less and withdraw more, following instincts and desires more keenly. Yet we tried to block all this, continuing as normal, putting up a facade, fitting into the everyday, distracting ourselves from the pain and feelings, staying external, trying to remain useful to what we believe is required of us. The womb is the opposite of the mind; she listens not to reason but the feminine truth ~ and it is up to you to follow this. If you do not express what is hidden behind the pain and the irritation, then it will play out in different ways within you and your relationships.

~ please message me if you'd like a basic womb connection activity sent to you, more information in what you can do to connect to your womb and see what is stored there energetically ~

~ Womb connection through s*xual expression ~
The wombs wounds are compromised of the memories and emotions that create our mistrust of life and others that appear a woman's level of creativity, inspiration, stability, success and loving relationships, and fertility. Allowing the deep wellsprings of grieve, pain and the masks of sharpness, indifference, and the veneers of cynicism and fragility to melt is the first step in healing the womb. This initial thawing affects every aspect of life, but in particular we can notice it through our lo******ng and s*xual expression. You may feel a sense of holding back, of pain or sadness arising, a frustration, a superficial pleasure, of not being totally present, of feeling unfulfilled but not speaking up. You may be finding it difficult to experience a full or**sm. You may even enjoy the act of making love but feel that it has reached its apex and that the experience always tends to feel the same. Something else is beckoning to you, an ancient memory deep within your core, a whisper of something beyond your experience, but something you know intimately. When the womb is clear of restrictions we can allow are bodies to open up to the endless or**sms that are a natural release of expression.
The immune system relies on being supported and fed by your Sexual Energy, 90% of which feeds directly into your immunity. So in essence, without a thriving and vital flow of Sexual Energy, your defense system will be undernourished, leaving you prone to sickness, weakness, and depression. An or**sm, when flushed throughout the entire body mind, has the sustenance to bring in a complete healing state. Try this next time when you are ill and see what happens.
To align to the movements of the womb requires that you become fluid. When you are fully fluid you can experience any feeling whatsoever at any time, at will. Thus, if you can, at will, feel delight, love, anger, or tears without attachment to them, then you can be moved by my spirit, which is always fluid and open. However, the less you can summon feelings, the more you are frightened of them, the more you are at their mercy. Conversely, the more you allow yourself to experience feelings, the less you can be enslaved by them. If you allow them to pass through you, you become transparent, without holding on to anything or anybody. Thus you learn to move the body, feelings, and mind, so that Spirit can move you. In this flow, you feel you are in sync with everything within and around you. The world and you're released into it seems different..... It is if you are involved with the process of creation, instant by instant. You are creating it and it is creating you; for it is always there, you are just too busy to notice it. Have you ever noticed when you ask for something and it magically appears within a day or an hour, this is living in the flow, for it is already happening; it is manifesting through you.

~ Healing The Broken Connections ~
Welcome to the beginning of the Journey of the womb, and ever deepening journey to the mystery and awe of the vessel of Life, a place for growth, transformation, generation, creativity, and a birth to our own self, our own fulfillment, to your own wholeness. You can start to rediscover your own gifts and gain a deeper sensitivity, a deeper knowing of what you are here for. These gifts may not however, be tempered by maturity; one could say that you are like a teenager starting to access the delights and pitfalls of entering into the fertile power where you create according to your womb~heart desires. The following is an exercise to help you get in touch with your own true self.

Place your hands over your womb space and ask
🌊 are you disease free in your belly, womb, and s*xual organs?
🌊 have you had any major surgery that involves your belly and womb?
🌊 what is your mother's story with her body and s*xuality?
🌊 Do you suffer from PMS or hormonal imbalances?
🌊 do you feel emotionally clear about your birth story? That is to say, you were born through a cesarean section, through the force of forceps, were you induced or premature, was the umbilical cord tied around your neck, was the birth traumatic, what drugs were used, was your mother in danger, were you adopted?
🌊 do you feel any impact now from your birth story?
🌊 did you have an opportunity to grieve an abortion, a miscarriage, or a still birth?
🌊 have you suffered s*xual, emotional, or physical abuse in your life?
🌊 are you able to recognize how you may abuse or punish yourself by your own internal dialouge or actions?
🌊 do you enjoy making love?
🌊 are you completely open and receptive to being penetrated by a lover?
🌊 do you hold back pleasure or sound while making love?
🌊 are you able to love your body, your womanhood, in total acceptance?
🌊 do you have or**sms? Are your or**sms full bodied?
🌊 do you trust the masculine totally?
🌊 do you honor your gut feelings and intuition?
🌊 do you get indigestion, stomach upsets, heartburn, period pain, bloating?
🌊 where does fear live in your body? where does power live in your body?
🌊 do you know what your wounds sound like? Have you let sound out of the dark, hidden places inside? Do you want to?
🌊 what happened when you first began to bleed as a young woman? was it celebrated? How do you honor this an rite of passage with your family and friends now?
🌊 do you trust or compete with other woman?
🌊 do you maintain any spiritual practices that cultivate energy to your belly?
🌊 do you breathe rhythmically and deeply? Do you need more energy?
🌊 how much bliss and joy do you allow yourself everyday?
🌊 do you have a love for life on earth?
🌊 what makes you passionate? What inspires you and brings you into the fullness of life?

Other tools ~
Using the power of intention, aligned with physical purification, to cleanse and open many layers of the womb, this is a continual process. Raw foods and juices can help to flush the womb and the whole system. Blessing your water with intention before drinking can also help, as can working with menstrual blood. Going outside and opening the womb and Yoni to the sunshine, allowing the vital energy of the sun inside you, is greatly vitalizing. Simply find a private space, take off your underwear and open your legs to the sun, placing your hands on the wound to focus your intention there if needed. Just relax and breathe in the sun ~ breathing it into your womb. Hands on Healing also works with someone you trust enough to allow to place their hands there and send love or Reiki into that area. Spend time in nature place in your womb next to the Earth. Just allowing yourself to embrace and to be embraced by Mother Earth. It this is so simple but something may forget to do, and it only takes a few minutes to reconnect. The key is supposed to wear this on the wound rather than they had every day, as opposed to in your awareness to that area. Speak Life into your womb and be intentional with every moment to bring your power back to your heart/ womb area and away from your head.

~ Please avoid~

Any and all electrical devices or radiation near the womb or in general because we know how bad it is. Do not take birth control. Avoid unprotected s*x. Do not insert IUDs into the womb. Avoid slimming patches or To***co Patches and anything chemical like talcum powder or artificial creams or lotions that are placed on the womb. Use natural, organic creams on your body instead. Avoid tampons and use moon cups (or free bleed!), which are reusable menstrual cups design by woman that hold, rather than absorb or disrupt, one's natural vaginal moisture. Avoid tanning beds. Perhaps most importantly honor your womb by having loving s*x and only allowing in a man who loves and honours you. This is a great idea to allow in the womb to feel safe, nurtured, respected and loved, and this will make you bloom.

Introduction into Womb Wisdom ~ A topic that will be shared in a series this week right here. 🌹🌬

What comes to mind when you focus your attention on your womb, the thought of the womb in general and your experiences and connection to it. We are all birthed from the womb, yet hardly any of the ancient knowledge and aspects of the womb are remembered ~ it seems to be a place only to house children and then neglected the rest of our life. Our womb is the holiest part of our bodies and a divine temple for life and death. Not only in the aspects of birth but a place to regain clarity, listen to our soft inner voice, creative expression and our power! Its our ancestral connection to the web of life that reaches and binds every living being.

Within the womb we rebirth ourselves, the creative power to shift change and a powerhouse for deep transformation. Our wombs connect the divine Masculine and feminine in which brings balance and loving creative power and energy to our relationships πŸ”₯ The heart does not do this alone!

We have some leaders who have kept the sacredness of the womb alive and shown us the way of the womb ~ all over the world ~ religion and sect need not to divide.
Woman have been focused on the Masculine and trying to compete for things like "equality", "gender" and other terms and conditions. When truly we are not made the same. We are woman with our own power, gifts and true purpose. We should be sitting side by side in unity instead of dividing and reestablishing these imbalances time and time again. Its caused by forgetting about our womb and its power and true purpose. When we forget, the divine Masculine forgets how to relate to the feminine. This creates distortion, separation and has crawled into every aspect of the lifes we are experiencing today.
I'm sure you can imagine some examples... in short, the loss of womb wisdom has created an imbalance that affects us all, its trickled into every society, home and family. The foundation is crumbling and we are called to remember who we are.
Our woman center is in the relationship between our hearts and womb, but in today's culture we are focusing our energy in our heads. Over thinking instead of being in our divinity. We are present, grounded and intuitive in our womb/heart center. When we focus our energy in our heads we try to compete with men which in turn disempowers us. Men are to be Christ Like ~ head centered. We cannot do this for them, we are woman. We are the church, we are called to have our movement on earth nd be grounded.
Let's not pretend like the true divine feminine has not been neglected, distorted, abused and disregarded in every aspect. Its being mocked and destroyed while we woman loose our power. Its time to change direction and reclaim our divinity!
Nothing comes into this world except through a woman. We are mothers and we know best. We must speak from our God given authority. Not hesitant when protecting our children and earth from unjustifiable evil. To trust yourself after loosing yourself, abandoning your inner voice and breaking all your boundaries. We have to trust our intuition in a time when no one believes in it. Healing our wombs is the start of energenic cleaning and stepping into our divine feminine. Activating the womb heals men and woman, by connecting our wombs to our hearts we come into our full power and allow the Masculine to step into his role and power. As woman we hold the womb and fire of compassion and heart centered relationships. A woman a woman and a man. This is where we start rebuilding the foundation. We say NO, we have boundaries, we heal and we create. We are being called for so much more. If we work together this will propell us into more loving, conscious community, relationships and families. Men are being called home to the place they never had to leave, the divine feminine. The womb holds and the heart gives. Our hearts desire is to unify and end division and our womb is where this becomes manifest and births into our shared space, earth. The womb is the river Bank and our heart and blood flow is the river. Our mind will carry out the orders of our womb ~ heart connection. The resurrection of the womb is the resurrection of men. As the earth rises into its cleanse, we woman are too called. We have the voice of life inside us, the truth of life is being called into action, into our intuition that goes beyond religion, separation and control. It will never decieve you. It is as old as time, it is our divine right and I encourage you to follow along in unity with your sisters on this journey into self discovery, balance and divine feminine restoration.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING: death ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️

I saw this in another group & I had to share it here. πŸ₯°

✨Expected Death ~ When someone dies, the first thing to do is nothing. Don't run out and call the nurse. Don't pick up the phone. Take a deep breath and be present to the magnitude of the moment.

There's a grace to being at the bedside of someone you love as they make their transition out of this world. At the moment they take their last breath, there's an incredible sacredness in the space. The veil between the worlds opens.

We're so unprepared and untrained in how to deal with death that sometimes a kind of panic response kicks in. "They're dead!"

We knew they were going to die, so their being dead is not a surprise. It's not a problem to be solved. It's very sad, but it's not cause to panic.

If anything, their death is cause to take a deep breath, to stop, and be really present to what's happening. If you're at home, maybe put on the kettle and make a cup of tea.

Sit at the bedside and just be present to the experience in the room. What's happening for you? What might be happening for them? What other presences are here that might be supporting them on their way? Tune into all the beauty and magic.

Pausing gives your soul a chance to adjust, because no matter how prepared we are, a death is still a shock. If we kick right into "do" mode, and call 911, or call the hospice, we never get a chance to absorb the enormity of the event.

Give yourself five minutes or 10 minutes, or 15 minutes just to be. You'll never get that time back again if you don't take it now.

After that, do the smallest thing you can. Call the one person who needs to be called. Engage whatever systems need to be engaged, but engage them at the very most minimal level. Move really, really, really, slowly, because this is a period where it's easy for body and soul to get separated.

Our bodies can gallop forwards, but sometimes our souls haven't caught up. If you have an opportunity to be quiet and be present, take it. Accept and acclimatize and adjust to what's happening. Then, as the train starts rolling, and all the things that happen after a death kick in, you'll be better prepared.

You won't get a chance to catch your breath later on. You need to do it now.

Being present in the moments after death is an incredible gift to yourself, it's a gift to the people you're with, and it's a gift to the person who's just died. They're just a hair's breath away. They're just starting their new journey in the world without a body. If you keep a calm space around their body, and in the room, they're launched in a more beautiful way. It's a service to both sides of the veil.

What is co-regulation?

Co-regulation is the process of one nervous system responding to the state of another nervous system.

β˜€οΈ Co-regulation happens unconsciously and automatically.

For instance...
Have you ever spent some time with someone who was very agitated? Did you notice that you too became agitated just by being next to them?

Or have you ever been in the presence of someone very calm... and left feeling calmer yourself?

That's because your nervous system is naturally co-regulating with the people around you.

β˜€οΈ Co-regulation is a survival necessity.

Think of a herd of deer.
🦌 If one of them has perceived a threat and runs away (that's the "flight response"), ALL the other deer run away too!
Even if they haven't seen the threat themselves.
Simply because their nervous system responded to the flight response in the first deer.

🦌Imagine if one the deer was NOT co-regulating and would stay there, chewing on grass, while all his mates are running away...!
What would happen to it?
It wouldn't live very long.

πŸ‘‰ So co-regulation is a survival necessity.

Our human nervous system is very similar to that of other mammals, so the same happens to us, humans.

If our brain has perceived a threat, our nervous system will go into a survival response (fight, flight, freeze, fawn).
We will feel agitated, angry or shut down.

Our kids, who are naturally co-regulating with us, will very quickly go into a survival response too!
They'll feel agitated, angry, shut down too.

This is their nervous system trying to keep them alive.

β˜€οΈ Co-regulation goes both ways

The good news is that co-regulation goes both ways.
When we learn to self-regulate and to come out of a survival response, our body relaxes.
-> Because our kids are co-regulating with us, they become calmer too.

❔Have you noticed that when you're feeling relaxed, your kids tend to be more relaxed too?
❔ And that when you're stressed, they tend to be more agitated?

β˜€οΈ Finally, co-regulation is how children learn to self-regulate.

We can't teach a child to self-regulate by telling him "slow down" or "calm down" or even by teaching self-regulation tools.
Kids learn to self-regulate through repeated moments of co-regulation with us throughout their life.

This is why it's so important that we learn how to self-regulate.

πŸ‘‰ In the "Parenting with The Nervous System in Mind" online program, we'll learn:
- how the nervous system works
- tools to self-regulate
- how we co-regulate with our kids
- how to handle our and their emotions respectfully,
- and so much more!

You'll see that self-regulating and co-regulating is simpler than you might think...

~ A Recommendation from a Death Doula's Library ~

Ecophilosopher and Buddhist teacher Joanna Macy is one of my most important mentors. Her understanding of the need for rituals to grieve our collective social and ecological losses has had an enormous impact on my work with dying people and their families.

In "Coming Back to Life", Joanna gives a framework for understanding our grief for the traumas our world is experiencing. She also provides a set of powerful ritual practices for helping us respond to those traumatic losses in a way that brings healing.

Incredible footage has emerged of an incredible 'tree of life' forming as tea tree oil settles in the natural pathways of a lake.

Photographer Derry Moroney was 'totally shocked' when he first captured the images by drone at Cakora Lake, two hours south of Byron Bay in New South Wales. The breath-taking pictures have awed people across the world and brought fame to the photographer and small town of Brooms Heads.

The incredible sight is caused by tea tree oil settling in the natural pathways of the lake after a storm. When a storm fills the lake up and the water reaches the beach, tides push the water and the oil back.

Based on our research, the claim that the image in a photo of a lake in Australia resembles a tree is TRUE. It's a bonafide photo of Lake Cakora in New South Wales, Australia. It was taken in December 2020 by Derry Moroney, an amateur photographer.

The Tree of Life is a popular and universal symbol that represents multiple different things across various cultures and religions. The symbol does not belong to one specific culture as it has been used all over the world for centuries. The tree is seen as a sacred symbol, which carries significant meanings in both religious and spiritual philosophies.

-In Chinese mythology, a carving of a tree of life depicts a phoenix and a dragon; the dragon often represents immortality. A Taoist story tells of a tree that produces a peach of immortality every three thousand years, and anyone who eats the fruit receives immortality.

- In ancient Egyptian texts it is written of the Tree of Life, "I am the plant which comes from Nu." The Tree of Life grew out of the Sacred Mound, it's branches reaching out and supporting the star and planet studded sky, while it's roots reached down into the watery abyss of the Netherworld. The trunk of the Tree of Life represented the World Pillar or Axis Munde (literally "Axis of the Mound") around which the heavens appeared to revolve. The World Pillar was the center of the universe.

-The tree of life first appears in Genesis 2:9 and 3:22-24 as the source of eternal life in the Garden of Eden, from which access is revoked when man is driven from the garden. It then reappears in the last book of the Bible, the Book of Revelation, and most predominantly in the last chapter of that book (Chapter 22) as a part of the new garden of paradise. Access is then no longer forbidden, for those who "wash their robes" (or as the textual variant in the King James Version has it, "they that do his commandments") "have right to the tree of life" (v.14). A similar statement appears in Rev 2:7, where the tree of life is promised as a reward to those who overcome. Revelation 22 begins with a reference to the "pure river of water of life" which proceeds "out of the throne of God". The river seems to feed two trees of life, one "on either side of the river" which "bear twelve manner of fruits" "and the leaves of the tree were for healing of the nations" (v.1-2). Or this may indicate that the tree of life is a vine that grows on both sides of the river, as John 15:1 would hint at.

-In a myth passed down among the Iroquois, The World on the Turtle's Back, explains the origin of the land in which a tree of life is described. According to the myth, it is found in the heavens, where the first humans lived, until a pregnant woman fell and landed in an endless sea. Saved by a giant turtle from drowning, she formed the world on its back by planting bark taken from the tree.

-In the book Black Elk Speaks, Black Elk, an Oglala Lakota (Sioux) wičhΓ‘Ε‘a wakΘŸΓ‘Ε‹ (medicine man and holy man), describes his vision in which after dancing around a dying tree that has never bloomed he is transported to the other world (spirit world) where he meets wise elders, 12 men and 12 women. The elders tell Black Elk that they will bring him to meet "Our Father, the two-legged chief" and bring him to the center of a hoop where he sees the tree in full leaf and bloom and the "chief" standing against the tree. Coming out of his trance he hopes to see that the earthly tree has bloomed, but it is dead.

-According to the Ancient Celtic Druids, the Tree of Life possessed special powers. When they cleared an area for the purposes of settlement, a single tree would be left in the center which became known as the Tree of Life. It provided food, warmth and shelter to the population and was also an important meeting place for high ranking members of the tribe. As it also provided nourishment to animals, this tree was believed to take care of all life on Earth. The Celts also believed that each tree was an ancestor of a human being. It is said that Celtic tribes would only inhabit locations where such a tree was present.

-The Tree of Life lies at the heart of Kabbalah. Scholars say it offers us a map to the conscious and unconscious, to the world around us and to the many hidden worlds that lie above and below our everyday consciousness.

-In C. S. Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia, the Tree of Life plays a role, especially in the sixth published book (the first in the in-world chronology) The Magician's Nephew

-Darren Aronofsky's film The Fountain (as well as the graphic novel based on the screenplay) centers around immortality given by the Tree of Life.
