Hi Everyone, JLA Shop Jen/Not THAT Jen here!

We’ve received quite a few of the same question regarding restocks, so I’m sharing those answers here. Please feel free to share with anyone who may be looking for one of these answers!

As always the best way to reach us is via email at [email protected].

Our normal business hours are M-F 9am-5pm ET. Response times will be longer during scheduled breaks, U.S. holidays, or special events like ApollyCon, new product drops, and when we hold special sales.

We have to meet a minimum quantity requirement when ordering custom made items. Because we are a small business, that number has to be negotiated down (from 10-15k per item) to a reasonable number for one production run which is why some items are limited. Pre-order campaigns are not an option for every product.

If we have had a product for a while and it has been restocked at least once, any/all future restocks are decided based on how well the item has sold recently.

When we drop a new product, we reserve a small amount for potential replacements, though our policy does state that we are not always able to offer them. Those leftovers, if there are any, are released into the Shop at a later date, usually during our Holiday Event. (On rare occasions, our allotted replacements arrive damaged and go directly into the Outlet.)

*Shop Restock Q&As*

Q: Will the Sera crown be restocked?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Will you ever offer a Poppy crown?
A: One is in the works.

Q: Will the Poppy and original Sera daggers be restocked?
A: Maybe. Both were restocked twice and only recently sold out again.

Q: Will the plushies be restocked?
A: They were restocked twice. The vendor is currently unwilling to let us reorder unless we meet their minimum which is in the thousands for EACH plushie. While the idea of being buried beneath Kieran and Delano might sound amazing, it creates a logistical nightmare when in their plushie forms. 😉

Q: Will the 6x9's Over Sized Trade Paperback be restocked?
A: We only stock the 6x9 Oversized Trade Paperback edition of the "current" FBAA/FAF title until it sells out. (For ex. the next 6x9 OT title will be BOBAA, near the end of the year when we are able to stock it, but we don't restock the previous titles in either series.)

Q: Will the WICKED Special Editions be restocked again?
A: Not at this time.

An ApollyCon 2024 Virtual Signing update was emailed on 5/17/24 to everyone who placed a VS order. Some lucky people received the email 10 times via Shopify. We wish we were joking!

A few people have reached out to say theirs went to straight to spam, so we’re sharing another update here:

The ApollyCon Special Edition hardcovers are arriving this week, finally! Once they have been unpacked, inspected, and signed by JLA, we will begin shipping orders out as quickly as possible.

* Orders will ship out in batches.

* You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email via Shopify once your label has been printed. Shipping labels are printed in advance, please allow a 2-3 business days for your tracking information to update.

* JLA does not always sign on the Title pages. Please double check the first few pages of your book(s) prior to emailing us regarding unsigned books.

I need a hot minute to recover from the awesomeness of ApollyCon and will be back in the Shop next week to fill orders that came in after April 14th (our pre-ApollyCon order cutoff date). I'll also be inventorying any leftovers from the event.
