HEY!

I have been a busy girl. I have a beautiful friend of mine here visiting. It's her first time in Canada. We have been doing some fun & exciting things!

Matching tattoos - with a pretty awesome significance. Not only of our friendship, but some awesome memories with others as well. We even got to reconnect a little with them.

A visit to the Conservatory to see their amazing plant displays. No surprise to those who know me, I also came home with a couple of plants. 🤣

We went to a National Park, did a short hike and got to hang out with some huge Bison. They were beautiful and incredibly peaceful. We also went to a Dinosaur Museum, which BTW is fantastic.

It has been an awesome time, I'm so glad to have friends like these 💜

It's healed and I am so in love 💜 this one has some spiritual meaning & is a reminder of the growth within myself there has been these past few years. I've had dragonflies and fox continue to randomly come in to my life in strange ways. When I see then now it's a reminder of me courage and strength. My perseverance.

My goal in life is to better everyday, even if it's by 1%. To live my life spreading kindness and not acknowledging all the hatred in the world. At the end of the day, I just want to be happy with who I was and the decisions I made that day.

Everyone is worthy and capable of this. I am SURE there are some of you who need to hear this. You are beautiful. Your soul is beautiful. Your uniqueness is special. You create your own happiness and you are worthy of it.

You choose how you get to live, respond, treat others and feel. No one else. Other people are not excuses. These are your choices. Choose kindness for yourself, others, and the world. At the end of the day, whom do you want to go into bed knowing you were today?
