by Amber is confidential, proprietary, I belong solely and exclusively to the company. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any confidential information on any services, any transactions, any discussions regardless in person, video or email, on any websites, on any forum or otherwise. Client agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with the Amber during their services. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this agreement, I should not include information rightfully obtained from a third-party. Both parties will keep confidential information and strictest confidence and show use the best efforts to safeguard the confidential information that’s a protected against disclosure, miss use, espionage, loss and death. The client also agrees not to violate the Ambers Divination Readings publicity or privacy rights. Furthermore the client will not reveal any information to a third-party, family, friends or love ones obtain in connection with this agreement or companies direct or indirect dealings with the client including but not limited to; names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers or addresses. Additionally the almighty Amber's Divination Readings will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third-party. Further, by purchasing this service you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating these services the Almighty Amber and all participants will be entitled to injunctive Relieved to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations and will be subject to legal proceedings.
