This quote highlights how the intentions we set can have a powerful impact on the energy we bring into our lives. โจ
When we set positive intentions, we attract positive energy and opportunities into our lives. Conversely, when we set negative intentions or fail to set intentions at all, we may find ourselves feeling stuck or stagnant.
By being intentional about the energy we bring into our lives, we can cultivate a more positive and fulfilling mindset.๐ป
It has happened to all of us at some point in our lives when we almost doubted our ability to achieve. Yet somehow our inner selves come to believe in it, and thatโs how we can make it happen; thatโs how we turn ideas into reality.
Our beliefs serve as unquestionable directives that inform us of the way things are, what is feasible, and what is not, as well as our abilities and limitations. Every action we take, every idea we have, and every emotion we feel are influenced by them. So, altering our belief systems is essential to bringing about any significant and lasting change in our lives.
Tony Robbins says that beliefs have the power to create and destroy. And what he means is that humans have the awesome ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that either disempowers them or can literally save their lives.
I always tell my clients in order to get something, itโs important to get it in your mind first. Because our beliefs create our reality.๐ป

It's perfectly healthy for us to do self-check-ins to maintain our mental health. Doing frequent check-ins with yourself allows you to be proactive with what you're dealing with mentally, physically, emotionally, and sometimes, spiritually.โจ

It depends primarily on the desire to feel better in the short term, by avoiding negative emotions (e.g., fear of a certain task), and by increasing positive emotions (e.g., through digital entertainment), a behaviour described as โgiving in to feel goodโ. This drive involves various issues, like anxiety and perfectionism, which people want to avoid in order to protect their emotions in the short term.
Understanding the underlying factors of our procrastination can be helpful in overcoming it.โจ

Above are the five ways that we can practice to cope with body-image issues. Give it a read and let me know what you think.
Itโs normal to have moments where we may feel dissatisfied, unhappy, or uncomfortable in our own bodies. But if we find these feelings increasing or intensifying, a more serious issue may be developing, which could lead to bad physical and especially bad mental health issues.
If you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your body, or if your body image prevents you from living your life or doing the things you want to do, it is important that you seek professional help.๐ค
Build a strong mindset, and the body will follow.๐๐ป
"Pain is inevitable, and suffering is optional."
How do we distinguish between pain and suffering?
If youโre a human being, pain, be it emotional or physical, is an inevitable consequence of living. We both experience physical and emotional pain in our lives.
So, what is suffering?
We consider suffering to be our reaction to pain. The commentary or response we have to our pain We might tell ourselves things like, "This is awful." I canโt take it. "I canโt do this anymore." "Why me?" "This is not okay." We may resist the pain or tell ourselves that itโs simply not fair that we shouldnโt be feeling it, which increases our experience of the pain and increases our suffering and the distress that we feel.
Consider a time when you were experiencing some physical pain, perhaps mild pain associated with an exercise regimen or training that caused some discomfort in your body, but you responded to that discomfort by recognizing that it was an unexpected consequence of the hard work you were putting in, and you knew that if you could tolerate the pain or perhaps push through it, it would lead to growth, better performance, and more conditioning, and that is the response that I am advocating.
But when we're in emotional pain, it may be incredibly challenging to accomplish this because many of us have resistance and feel that we shouldn't be feeling this way in our relationships or that we shouldn't be suffering emotional pain. However, we suffer less and you will feel less distress because of your pain if we can react to emotional pain in an adaptive way by accepting the pain that comes with being in close relationships sometimes and responding to it with reassuring messages that this is temporary, that it won't last forever, and we can get through this.๐ผ

In your personal and professional life, focus where your energy is being reciprocated.
In physics, the law of conservation of energy roughly states that the energy in any closed system remains constant. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it just shifts from one form to another.โก๏ธ
In human relationships and endeavours, the analogous interpretation is reciprocation. We put energy into relationships and projects, and if these relationships and projects donโt return energy to us, then weโre "emptying the tank" or "draining the batteries." We have limited capacity, and eventually weโll drain our batteries if weโre letting people and projects charge themselves from our energy and we donโt have anything thatโs recharging us.
Are you the one who always reaches out to make plans with a friend or partner? Always calling, texting, emailing, or checking in? Are you always taking on the s**t work that nobody else wants to do at your job? Having patience with your team while you take on the responsibilities of others? Do others seem to have a sense of entitlement to your efforts and energy while they donโt seem to expect as much from themselves? Do you feel like you want to say something about the situation but thereโs never a right time because the people or projects consuming your energy are constantly in a state where you donโt feel comfortable to raise concerns about what youโre getting out of this?
If yes!๐ค
It's time to think about reciprocation.
Unresolved negative emotions, psychological conflicts, and moderate to high levels of stress and anxiety are frequently the root causes of psychosomatic illnesses. Simply put, itโs a mind-body phenomenon โ but itโs also a little more complicated than that.
When excessive amounts of stress hormones are released, they can cause uncomfortable symptoms such as headaches or migraines, digestive issues (stomach pain, abdominal pain), heart issues (including increased blood pressure, shortness of breath, and chest pain), as well as a host of other psychosomatic symptoms.
Experiencing psychosomatic symptoms can make you feel powerless, especially if they become chronic or disrupt your life. If you are in a place where your symptoms are making it hard to functionโfor example, if you experience chronic pain or chronic digestive issues, you may feel desperate to feel better. You may also feel upset if your doctor seems dismissive of your symptoms because they are not indicative of a physically diagnosable medical condition.
A psychosomatic illness is a psychological condition. You must get therapy or life coaching if you want to feel better again, because when your mind is healed, your body is healed as well.๐ค

Our brains feel a lack of safety, a great threat, and danger when we face emotional or physical trauma, whether it is acute or chronic. If that feeling of safety is not resolved, then we can become stuck in that highly activated threatened state, and the imprint of trauma is locked into our bodyโs cellular memory.
Our bodies carry our unhealed stories that are too much to bare emotionally and express them to us in the form of symptoms when the systems get overloaded. Imagine our autonomic nervous system as a simmering pot on a stove. If the flight-fight state persists, heat and pressure build up until the pot overflows. As a result, we experience the consequence of this system: overwhelm, both physically and mentally.
Treating both the mind and the body to heal ourselves is possibly the most valuable work we will ever do. It not only teaches us how to bounce back, but also stops this pattern from being passed down through generations.
Itโs important to prioritise your own well-being and know that youโre changing the world with your own recovery.
You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourselfโJim Rohn.
