Haven’t posted anything for a while. Here’s some photos that never made the cut 🔪 I’m quietly figuring out what I wanna do next with my music. I needed a break. From everything. Suddenly nothing I did felt like the right thing.. felt uninspired.. apathetic. Still feel that way sometimes. About music.. and life.. I struggle to find meaning in anything. If you think I’m gonna put an inspirational quote at the end of this, i think I might have to disappoint you. Hail Satan. Bye 😽

Jeg har altid haft en kæmpe drøm om at lave musik til film og serier. Jeg elsker at lege med den cinematiske lyd og skabe musik, som kunne være en del af soundtracket til en film. Da jeg så første sæson af Netflix’s originale serie The Rain, blev jeg mega inspireret til at skrive en sang baseret på serien. Da sæson 2 af serien skulle udgives noget tid efter, hørte jeg rygter om at de manglede en ny åbningsmelodi, og vi fik sendt min sang ind til produktionsselskabet. De endte med at beholde den originale titelmelodi, men jeg er stadig stolt over mit nummer. Og så tænkte jeg “hvorfor ikke bare udgive det selv, istedet for at det skal ligge og samle støv?” Så her er The Unofficial Intro of The Rain by meeee 🌧🌊 den fulde sang kommer på Spotify på fredag.

My social battery is running on low and I will, for the next couple of days, be a hermit crap... I’m obviously being sarcastic. I’m super excited about releasing my song, which is actually going to be a part of my upcoming EP that comes out in July. I just have issues showcasing excitement because nothing really matters and every time I release something I feel like I suck and wish I did it better. Lol. Can anybody relate? I’m releasing a new single this Friday called Bad For Me. Bad For Me is a song about depression disguised as a friend you don’t know how to get rid of. It’s about having lived with depression for so long that you kind of get comfortable with it. You hate to have it, but it keeps finding a way back to you, just like a bad friend. It’s a dark pop ballad, and I’m excited for you guys to listen to it.

Yesterday I played my first full live set of my OWN songs as a solo artist, at Parasol Festival. I was so excited and nervous!! But it felt so so good. Can’t wait to release all of my music and perform more for you guys! A big thank you to for having me! I’m so happy😌

About CH10
CH10 is the alias of Copenhagen-based singer and songwriter Chio Dyrlund. Her sound is dark pop with a cinematic, unsettling vibe. The lyrical universe with darker undertones really sets the vibe for a true post apocalyptic feeling. The singer grew up in a forest far away from everything, and always ran into the woods to write songs and escape reality. It is never the artists intention to reveal too much, she is just slowly luring the listener in with her pure, yet rough voice, keeping it cool and mysterious, mixed with hard electronic beats. She definitely gets inspired by movies, social realism, existential suffering etc. and has in collaboration with Esben ‘Es’ Thornhal, created a very cinematic universe where her music is the soundtrack.
